I purchased the strawberry cheese cake and the banana pudding. The banana pudding was not my favorite. I’ve had better. The strawberry cheesecake is good. I give it a 6 out of 10. I would like to go back and try whatever else they have..

Man I haven’t had cake that good in years!!! Every single dessert I brought was amazing. I brought the red velvet and strawberry banana pudding. The red velvet was good but the strawberry banana pudding was next level!!! For the cakes I tried the red velvet, Oreo and pumpkin spice! You can tell grandma put her heart and soul in that recipe!!! And last but not least the pumpkin spice surprised us all. The guy at the register recommended it and it was PHENOMENAL. GET THE PUMPKIN SPICE IF YOU LIKE PUMPKIN. The slices are nice and big and the prices are super good. Will be back ASAP.

An awful first time experience. I tried to order a custom cake and pressed 3 for the custom orders. I was led to a mailbox that was full. I called back and pressed 2 for an order and I was placed on hold and no one picked up. No called back a third time for the retail store and no one answered. I received a call at 750 pm and was told they were taking another custom
Order before I was reminded they closed at 8. They called me back at 758 and I missed the call. Called back at 802 and no one answered. How does this business operate? Do they not care about people trying to place orders. I also tried their social media and no one responded. I don’t think this is the southern hospitality they said they are known for. What a waste of time. Very disappointed in this business especially since they are located on the street I grew up I grew up on.

This is my 2nd time here. So far I had the patachio cake, birthday and of course the red velvet with nuts, delicious! This time I tried the half blue & red velvet. I didn't like the blue side. I noticed it was 2 tier cut. I'm not sure if it always been that way. 🤷. But I'll be back to try a different cake.

Absolutely phenomenal experience getting birthday cakes from Doc’s! Andrew went above and beyond to help us out when I realized I had made a mistake with the order. We had 3 different cakes and each was delicious. We will definitely be back!

DOC'S has in my opinion the best Red Velvet cake I have ever tasted. And the pistachio cake is also one of my favorites. The staff there are so polite and kind, it makes eating their cake so enjoyable. Everytime we need a cake either ordering on their app or going to their store they are always so sweet. I would never stop going their. Thank you for being so kind and Thank you for having the #1 red velvet cake in Brooklyn.

Came here on a after doing a google search of desserts. The gps doesn't take you directly to the location after circling the block a few times we realized it was 1 block behind where the gps was taking us. Parking is almost impossible and we went on a Sunday evening everyone that was going to the location was double parking. It is a small location type of get in and get out vibe lol. I ordered the peach cobbler and i think it was a strawberry cheesecake i was pleased with both desserts and i think my friend ordered a banana pudding and a Oreo cake slice but she didn't have any complaints. I would recommend this place for so good not overly sweet desserts. The guy behind the counter was kool gave us time to try to decide what we wanted and had us ready once we order quickly .

I had the pleasure of doing business with Docs Bakery for my mom’s retirement party. I ordered a 1/2 sheet blue velvet cake, which received rave reviews. I would absolutely recommend Docs Bakery to anyone looking for a delicious, high-quality cake. 10/10!
I’m already looking to collaborate on another cake— patiently waiting for my call back ☺️.

This is the best kept secret in Brooklyn. This big shop been in this area for about 15 years. I never heard of it. I purchased two slices of cake as a gift for someone. They loved it. The customer service was great and the store was very clean and organized. The food pastries smells amazing.
