The best. Lick your lips. So happy that you are located still in Mill Basin area. I spread the news. So welcome new customers.

If I could give zero stars, I would! I will never come to this place and give my money to these people. I have visited this place a few times because the ices are good. However, as other reviews mentioned, the prize is high for the amount you get. When I came a few times before, the gentleman served me and my daughter ice in a plastic cup. Therefore, I never knew it could be served there in a paper cup that leaks in less than a minute. So, today my daughter and I visited the shop, and the blond lady with huge eyelashes served us. Let me tell you guys, and I have never gotten worse service in my life. Her attitude from the beginning was amazing to me. I ordered large-size ice for my daughter, and she, without asking, gave me the paper cup. First, I always got my ices in plastic cups, so I had no idea I needed to specify it while ordering. I asked the lady for a plastic cup, and she said NO. She said that she could not double cup. So I said I would dump my ice into the other cup. She said, No. OMG!!!! What a chip, chip, chip scumbag! I'm sorry to say that, but it's true. I told her that it was the worse place. She called me a B**** while I was walking away with my child. This pace, NEVER!

The best icee and ice cream in town! The staff are always nice, and it gives you family vibes! Great place.

Talk about an amazing part of the neighborhood, there's nothing better than Dolly's Ices! My family loves coming here. There's always an amazing variety of flavors but all of them are great. They're always very friendly and know you by name. Personal favorites are cannoli and spumoni but they've got anything you can think of. Top stars for Dolly's. Well worth it!!!

I had a very negative experience the last time I went. I normally get an ice, but I wanted to try out their darkest milk chocolate icecream. Gluten makes me sick, so I asked which one didn't have it (I would assume all the chocolates except brownie), but the guy, who I am pretty sure is Dolly's son, was very short with me and did not seem to understand my question. He insisted I'd have to get the chocolate ice because it has no milk. I tried making my question clearer but he only became more rude. Gluten is not milk. His ignorance is no excuse to be nasty. The quality has gone down anyway, so good riddance.

I made the drive here, but it wasn't giving spectacular. The guy at the window didn't look too eager to serve.Things to know:1. It's cash only2. You order at a window. If you're a person who chooses with the eye, well then3. No samples, so you better pick a flavor and hope you like itIt's not bad, but based on the reviews, I was expecting way more than expected.

Great place to get a good quality ice and ice cream to cool down on a hot day. Cheap prices and great service. Definitely come down and try it out.

Don't recommend based on the service. I LOVE ice cream and willing to spend or pay whatever price for a good scoop. I went to Dollys and was promptly told that they do not offer samples when I asked to try a flavor. The gentleman informed me that he's been in business 31 years and has NEVER given a sample. That seems strange to me. Although a woman in line said that she's gotten samples. I have eaten ice cream all over the WORLD and I've never gotten such cold ( pun intended) treatment. Who denies their potential life long customer a teaspoon taste????. For that reason I won't patronize or recommend this business. How can you be rude and nasty and expect people to spend money. Not friendly, not community based and very rude. No thanx! Wish I could give 0 stars.

They moved to this new location by the gas station. I've been going to them so I'm so glad they are still open. I love their strawberry cheesecake and my friend loves their cookie monster. There's so many choices to choose from but I'm so happy with my strawberry cheesecake!
