I absolutely love Dominos but this was the Worst Service received from the Ralph Ave store. I placed an order and the person on the phone shouting at me after the delivery was messed up. I am totally disappointed. I had to ask him not to speak to me like that.

Never in my life have I recieved customer service so terrible. Instead of catering to their customers for keeping them in business the manager will argue with you and take 0 accountability. Even if they mess up your order and send you a new order they want the old order back? For what? Are you gonna give it to someone else? That’s so disgusting. It’s the 21st century and google map is a thing and the drivers still can’t find your location even if you’re delivering two blocks away from where they are. Everyone who works for that location seems incompetent. Except max if he’s still there! I don’t know who their GM is but a serious conversation needs to be had. Maybe some firing too.

Driver is rude. Store needs to hire workers that are less incompetent. Driver Refused to bring my order to me and proceeded to complete my order without even delivering. I tried to call the store multiple with no answers. Store needs to do better

Awful driver took pizza on a joy ride when I called manager to complain he was rude. I didn’t get his name but he had an Indian accent. Stay away from this store also pizza was all wrong .

Worst dominos in Brooklyn. It’s always an issue here. Long wait times, not enough workers making the food, they do not bring out curbside orders on time but they always click the timer off. Only one person working in the store on Monday 5/5/25. 1 box of pizza is taking 25 mins. HORRIBLE!!!!!!
