Surprisingly had a great experience. Ordered online for pickup order. I arrived to the store and order was ready within 5 mins of my arrival. The young lady at the front was very warm and welcoming & pizza was made well done just like instructed. Great end to my monday night!

The food was OK. It was kind of mid. I was craving it and it just didn’t really hit the spot idk😭 it might be different for someone else, but for me that day it wasn’t giving what it needed to give.

Never again. The pizza that was delivered was mushy, breaking apart when trying to separate it into pieces. I found hair in one of my pizza boxes that I bought for my kids. I called them and told them what happened they hung up on me then told me their delivery driver will get the pizza back so they can take a look at the pizza and then they’ll decide if they’ll make me another one because they said they all wear hair nets. Mind you, hair can still fall into food. This place is disgusting not only the food but their customer service is one of the worst places I have ever experienced!

I usually go to Howard Beach location, they’re much cleaner, food more fresh & staff have more respect. I was tired from work & didn’t feel like waiting for carry out & I paid for it big time. LOOK AT THIS MESS THEY GAVE ME … NEVER AGAIN

I tried to order pizza yesterday after 10 PM, and I received a call from the restaurant stating that they do not take cash deliveries after 10 PM. For some reason, they didn’t explain why; they just went straight to canceling the order and hanging up the phone.

This pizza was disgusting. I wish I took a picture before writing this review, but I was so annoyed when I received it that I just threw the whole thing away. Sauce and cheese falling off the bread, which was also barely in tact. Damn thing seemed under cooked. Thank goodness I got a 2nd pizza, which was somewhat decent. Regardless, it’s still $30 dollars wasted. The only good thing about my experience was the driver. I forgot his name, the first three letters were “Mij” I believe.

I ordered through my mobile app for pickup for the first time and when I got there no one was trying to see what I needed. I said hello twice and was ignored. Finally an employee asked and I said I was picking up but I don't know where my order number is and I asked him if he can find it but he didn't know how to use the app. So, I gave him my name and paid for the pizza. When I got home, the pizza didn't look like what I ordered nor did the taste. Whoever is making the pizza at this location is giving Domino's a bad name.

I ordered my pizza on the app. The app said it was ready, they couldn’t find my order then told me it’ll be ready in 5 minutes, it’s been 8 minutes… still no pizza. The staff is eating wings, drinking soda, pulling out cigarettes walking around the kitchen. I’ll never come here again.
OMG, they checked my pizza, it’s not done so they put it back in. It’s hot in here & I’m ready to go home.
They talked all over my pizza while turning it in the oven- I’M NOT EATING THAT! ✌🏽

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent Domino’s order. I placed an order that included two cheese pizzas, cinnamon sticks, buffalo wings, and Parmesan bites. When the food arrived, both pizzas were completely ruined—mashed inside the box with all the cheese stuck to the lid, making them totally inedible.
I immediately called the store to report the issue, but was told a replacement would take 30 minutes to an hour due to high demand. That might be understandable on a busy night, but my kids had already waited over an hour and were hungry. To make matters worse, when I asked if I could keep the damaged pizzas while waiting for replacements, the staff was rude and said no.
I spent over $60 on this order and received poor-quality food and unhelpful, dismissive customer service in return. I’ve reached out to request a refund, as I feel this situation was completely unacceptable. I truly hope Domino’s takes this seriously and improves both food handling and customer care moving forward. Definitely not acceptable.
