My first order was actually good: the food was tasty and the delivery was on time. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. On my second order, the driver refused to come up to my floor and instead marked the order as “delivered” even though I never received any food. No call, no message — nothing. What’s even worse, the exact same thing happened again an hour later. The order was marked as delivered, but this time the driver was about 3 miles away from my location when he claimed it was delivered. This is not a small mistake — this is a complete failure of the delivery system and dishonest behavior from the drivers. Two paid orders, zero food received. I will never order from Domino’s again and strongly advise others to avoid it.

I'm giving this Dominos location specifically 5 stars just because whenever Fnu is the one making my pizza it comes out perfectly - you'll get the best version of Domino's when he's the one preparing it, I promise you. I have celiac and order the gluten free crust all the time and he's the only one who makes it exactly how I ask, barely any grease (I added a pic the box is basically dry!) & I rarely have a reaction/cross contamination w gluten when he prepares the pizza. I really appreciate it 🙏🏻 Also MD is the best delivery person too, super friendly and considerate. Thank you!

Terrible pizzeria. I ordered online and paid in advance. The service showed an estimated wait time of 10–15 minutes, so I thought everything was fine. When I arrived at the pizzeria, about 20 minutes had already passed, and I received a push notification from the app saying my order was ready. The screen also showed everything was good.
I asked the cashier about my order, and he told me to wait. I then noticed that they only started preparing my order about 10 minutes later, claiming it would be ready in 3 minutes. Ten minutes passed and my order still wasn’t ready. Every time I asked about it, the staff would walk deeper into the kitchen to avoid answering me. Every 10 minutes, a new employee would come up, ask for my name, go look for the order, and then disappear — again and again.
Because of this disorganized service, I wasted an hour of my time and missed an appointment elsewhere. No one answered my questions or gave me my order on time. If you’re thinking of ordering from here, be warned: plan to add an extra hour or even more to your schedule so you don’t miss anything important.
