The delivery driver - it's one thing to call me and say "you order pizza? Come downstairs" (I get it if you had a long day and need some leeway) BUT ITS ANOTHER THING to call me again saying "yo where you at?" Then when you arrive to the building door yelling "yo" so I can open the door for you. 1st & last time ordering. Here's a tip: don't like your job? Find another one. At the end of the day you're representing the company.

Guys, you got to do something with the order processing time, it's putting pizzas into owen for not as long as it takes you, it's not a fancy dish you need to cook from scratch

What I would like to say. I saw bad reviews about this place, but I decided to give it a try. I placed my order on Friday evening, during the busiest time, two pizzas took 15 minutes, which I consider fast. When the app showed that my pizza was ready, I went to pick it up, I waited just a moment and the pizza was in my hands. It was hot and fresh, steam was coming out of the boxes. The pizza tasted very good, one of the best. Definitely five stars

charge for delivery paid but driver diednt wanna bring the order upstairs even though I put comment leave it by my door. if you can follow instructions you shouldn't take an order. very bad customer service.

The worst location ever they always serve the worst food and never follow the order and their customer service is so bad gave me wrong order after waiting 30mins in my car after arriving home I see they gave me the wrong pizza I called the store and I was mad the manager started questioning me like I’m lying to home for 2 pizza and the he is like oh it will take 35 to 40 mins and I’m only 5 mins drive from them and hang up the phone on me and when I went to drop it off he started being nasty and he got mad and punched the boxes and threw them on the floor and said we will not sell to you no more and threatened me to call the police coz I was mad and yelled at him for my kids waiting for there food beside the manager didn’t even appear and he said that he left and it was less than 2 mins when I spoke to him and hang up on me and stopped answering the called . This management needs to be changed and those people need to be trained all over to make food coz this what they call pizza it’s so nasty and disgusting. ? don't ever order from there .

Order placed at 128pm,its now 3pm and still not here as driver is delivering other orders some 30 mins away. Left the store at 218pm,so order was done 40 mins ago and one can only expect it to arrive cold. And sure enough, everything is cold and the box was handed to me wet.

Absolutely terrible. The person at the front is disgusting. I went in to pick up a pizza that my wife had ordered and he is screaming at all the other customers in there. I showed him the order on my phone and he demanded to see the ID I had to go back to my car and go back on line. When I got back to the front, he pulled up my order and said that he had cancelled it previously and can't make it. He then proceeds to give me a random pizza. Who even puts BBQ sauce on pizza. I'm highly disappointed. I would leave 0 stars if I could
