Placed an order for a pizza and it was delivered burnt. I had to call them over 5 times before getting through. I had to call from another number to get a person to answer the phone. The service was terrible. It took another hour and a half to get a new pizza delivered!!!!
They refuse to answer the phone! The call says, ‘we will answer your call shortly’, then immediately hangs up! We got freezing cold pizza delivered late and the request for ‘chicken and red pepper’ on half, didn’t even cover 1/3! Terrible cold pizza and service! Very disappointed!
This place absolutely sucks. I ordered at 6pm to be delivered at 7pm. At almost 8pm nobody has arrived. I contacted dominoes and was literally hung up on. After 7 attempts to contact the chain I could not get through. Then someone who claims to be a supervisor, and if so is pretty horrible, claims the phone must’ve cut off. Shittiest experience ever.
