This is the worst delivery experience I’ve had at any store, ever. If the tracker is accurate on an estimated 20 min delivery time, the pizza hadn’t even been prepared yet, and I get it places are busy, apps aren’t reliable. About 30 min later my order was marked delivered which was weird because my apartment wasn’t buzzed. I walked downstairs and even outside, no pizza. I called the location and they cut me off several times hurriedly insisting the food was 10 minutes away and “he must’ve pressed the button by accident” to complete the order. Another 35 minutes later still no food and I called back, I’m again talked to rudely and hung up on mid sentence this time. I was told he was “2 minutes away he’s at a red light”. We have now hit the two hours post order mark and I’ve still not received my food and if I did I’m sure it would be ice cold and the store has stopped picking up the phone. Absolutely unacceptable
UPDATE: got my food, driver despite being told I’m sick and asking him to come up to leave it at my door insisted I come outside in the cold to get my food. Pizza was indeed cold, incorrect and in general, the saddest pizza I’ve ever seen. Parts of it are barely if at all covered in cheese and sauce when I ordered extra of both

I've been ordering pizza from this establishment for almost 3 years. I have not had an issue with the establishment. They used to have tables but that's the only issue I have. Everything else: food, service, and the workers are very friendly and are attentive to everything. Thank you for your service. I greatly appreciate you. 🙏 😁

i LOVE Dominos simply for the crust seasoning, however, this location never or RARELY seasons their crust with the garlic seasoning even though I select it. I dont understand why they dont do this, even tho its the regular dominos pizza format.

BUY ONLINE! Poor experience trying to walk in and pay at the register. The employee tells me that the toppings for the large 2 topping promotion are only limited to non meats. Reluctantly, I agree with this, but somehow, the total is way more than the promotion. I could understand it being a bit more than it says because of tax, but it was significantly more. I walked out and ordered online, and the price was lower than what the employee rang up with the meat toppings! When I returned, that employee had no words for me. It is absolutely disgraceful trying to swindle people for more money. First and last time.

The delivery drivers here are incapable of finding addresses. The first time I ordered, the driver blamed it on his GPS when he eventually showed up late. This time, the dominos tracker showed that the delivery was completed, but I never even got the delivery. Horrible.
