Update review. 10 2025 scooter drivers come straight in the back and touching the food and opening containers look at the meals. THEY NEVER WASHED THEIR HANDS!
I ASK THE MAN DUDE AND HE SAID HE ISMT TOUCHING THE FOOD. I SEE HIM TOUCHING THE PIZZA WITH HIS HAND PUSHING PIZZAS BACK IN THE OVEN. HE IS USING THE PIZZA CUTTER AND THE PIZZA SLIDER THING. THE SAME THING THE GUYS PREPARING THE PIZZA IS USING.
THEN THEY HAVE AN ATTITUDE WITH ME FOR ASKING HIM TO CANCEL MY ORDER.

I ordered from domino's via the uber eats app because I was craving pizza. As I'm waiting for my pizza to arrive, I get a alert on the uber eats app that it was delivered. I open my door and I don't see the food. I called up the domino's store and the foolish manager says it's not his responsibility. It's the responsibility of the driver who forgot the pizza and had to come back to the store. What is the point of me tipping you guys when something like this is happening? Why would you even tell the app the food was delivered if you had to make a detour to the store? My mind immediately went to them not only stealing my money but stealing my food too. I've put it several complaints to the uber app for a refund. The food finally arrived with the delivery driver disturbing my neighbor by ringing their door bell when it's clearly not my apartment number. The lava cakes were mashed in, cold, and hard as rocks. The pizza was bland , tasteless, and cold; I've had better pizza from the supermarket. Now, I'm just praying I dont get sick from eating this slop they're passing off as food. Please do not order from here!

Was told my order was delivered when it wasn’t, after calling and asking about it I was told that it had already been sent out.. I wasn’t called after to be updated, the delivery driver called to ask my location and when I tried to explain he hung up on me and was rude ( he literally rolled his eyes at me), and above all my food was barely warm and looks like it was sat on. Disappointed isn’t even a good word to describe this situation.

The delivery person didn’t want to deliver to my apartment but that’s what I paid for. He called me multiple times talking to me in a very rude and disrespectful tone like he was doing me a favor. I declined the pizza being that I didn’t know what he could have done to the pizza. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

The food was great but I don't understand how I'm being charged 6.00 for delivery and the drivers refuse to come in apartment buildings. They say for safety purposes but I feel my safety is in jeopardy because I don't know who the driver is ....

They do not follow delivery instructions and the caller was very rude ! Do not recommend even my concierge said many people have complained when it comes to them following directions. Do not add a tip until you receive your food.
