The manager Mohma was super rude and unprofessional. He gave me a hard time just because I wanted garlic herb oil on my hand pan pizza crust. Plus the pizza wasn’t fresh. Don’t give these people your money. They don’t respect the community.

Terrible……… they don’t even deserve 1 star. From the amount of people reviewing here, no one should be ordering from here. They need to be shut down!!! We must stand as a community for restaurants that are being ran by complete incompetence. No respect, no manners, no integrity….. just inhumane people….

2:30am, delivery driver physically assaulted my girlfriend grabbing her arm and harassed her demanding that she add a tip and held the pizza hostage until she added a tip. First he was creepy asking her if he could come inside the building since it was cold outside, even though every other time I've ordered from them and asked them to bring it up for us and then leave it at the door he says it's "against store policy to leave the car". So why was he standing at our door downstairs? He then blocked her way getting back inside the apartment building standing in front of the door until she would leave a tip. She had already changed the tip on the receipt but he still grabbed her hand to try to make her change it. When she asked for the receipt he would not give it to her and ran off with it. We live on the 4th floor so she already had to carry everything up the stairs with no bags and the delivery driver did not help her arrange things so they would be easy to carry until she added a tip. This is the same guy that always does our deliveries and he needs to be fired asap we will not be ordering from this location again and I will keep complaining until something is done about this. Of course none of the food was eaten because my girlfriend was crying from just being assaulted and harassed. It's sick that this Dominos location thinks that this is acceptable behavior seeing as there are already so many other reviews complaining. Dominos already includes a 5.99 delivery fee through the app that includes delivery costs. Even though in the app you can leave delivery instructions to have your order left at your door, every-time we order they do not follow delivery instructions. You will always have to meet them outside for your order even if it's the middle of the night. This is not safe for women there is no way to avoid the harassment from the men that work here and if that wasn't the worst part of it all for anybody else out there that doesn't care about the safety of women they will also get your order wrong and be an hour late- as if the harassment and assault already wasn't enough. To be delusional and still think they are entitled to ask for more of your money as a tip that goes straight into their pockets right after assaulting and harassing someone is unacceptable shut this location down immediately. I have already reached out to corporate and am waiting for my response.

Twice they sent completely wrong order. First time I just ate the wrong order. But the second time I called the store but stayed on hold for over 20 minutes without speaking to a single person. It sucks to not get what you paid for. Customer service doesn’t exist here.

Damn delivery guy asking me if “no tip” after he took at least 40 minutes to deliver my pizza… this guy was literally 1 block away from me and didn’t deliver. I’m guessing because I didn’t tipped on the app whenever I ordered, Instead he drove around all around taking his time.

Driver FOKHRUL Marked my food delivered and it wasn’t. . IM HERE WAITING THE TIME KEPT CHANGING WENT TO THE APP ITS SAY DELIVERED MY FOOD IS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. CAMERAS SHOWED NOBODY CAME TO MY DOOR. **later update , ;called the store after being on hold for 15 min hang up an called back somebody picked up then he said somebody coming still waited another 30 min however now I don’t trust it.

I then said I would like to place an order but got the same treatment. I left and won't be coming back. I don't think anyone should come to the location or order any food from here.

I never received my pizza .The tracker showed delivered, 10 mins later , no pizza .I tried calling customer service, the wait to speak with someone is ridiculous. I stayed 1 hr on the phone and never got to speak with someone .
