I placed an order via the Dominos website for my house ridden uncle on 10/6/20 . I am in another location . I specifically stated when placing the order the delivery must be brought upstairs in an apartment building. Their website states contactless delivery which is not a problem. I understand Covid 19 changes . When the delivery arrived I received a call from the delivery guy to come downstairs. His manager does not allow him to go upstairs.
