I asked for a ceaser salad and got a garden salad a large pie half sausage and pepproni and half cheese and them lave cakes but the cakes was made wrong , but what REALLY tops it off is I got food poisoning after was was throwing up also after. DO better ok play with ya Mami not peoples food

If it wasn't for the Domino Pizza recipe, I wouldn't waste my money. They have no respect for the people in the community. I purchased a pickup order the other day, and my pizza was burned. I asked the guy why the pizza was so dark. He never responded. He didn't even look in my direction. Another customer and I just looked at each other. She said they are so disrespectful. We need new management.

The manager of this location is completely disgusting and unprofessional. Twice, I’ve noticed employees who were preparing pizzas engaging in “unsanitary practices” that should be worthy of fine or citation. I will no longer come to this location, the manager also accused me of lying and berated me in front of other customers when I politely notified him of a missing item on my order. The customers apologized on his behalf when they saw me outside. When he realized his mistake he slammed my item on the counter. I will be calling corporate and from now on getting my pizza the mom and pop pizza across the street. It’s not worth the terrible customer service to even eat from this location

I am so pissed off right now. I spent $31 and gave a four hour trip for a pizza that was not even the way I ordered. I ordered extra cheese, extra pepperoni and extra mushroom and I got extra trash because none of these things were done. I tried to call about the pizza. I sat on hold for 40 minutes. Only for no one to ever come to the line.. I won’t ever order from this place again and then when I tried to resolve it online, they offered me 20% off my next purchase as if there will be next purchase!! Run far from this place.

Mr. Mohammed, I think that's the name of the person who serves, has terrible service, he left me waiting for a long time with my incomplete order and he didn't pay attention to me, a terrible place if you want to be well served in a kind and respectful way.

They always cancel my order and never bring me my food and take forever to answer the phone.
I never really write reviews but feel like I have to add my voice regarding the worst service I have experienced from a delivery organisation. They do not deliver to your door and make you come downstairs for it by LYING about the reason they can’t come up. They are also rude and aggressive when they speak to you. A truly horrible experience that will ruin your evening

they charge $6 delivery fee and don’t deliver. they will call and expect you to come to their car. i’m not going to anyone’s car and if you care about your safety, you shouldn’t either. don’t order from domino’s and never go to a strangers car. domino’s is a liability and there’s plenty of better pizza in bk.

The WORST Customer Service. They charge a $5.99 Delivery Fee and refuse to bring the pizza to your door stating “it’s Dominos Policy that you come down to pick up from their car”, it’s absurd. This has to be the worst rated Dominos in the country after reading the reviews. When will corporate do something about this?
