DELIVERY: On Saturday 3/1/2025: I placed my order at 6:54PM. At 7:30PM, I received the text alert update that the delivery guy Mohammed was pulling up now. On the note of delivery instructions I specifically stated “please meet me at door of my building” AND I HAD TIPPED VIA ONLINE 😡. He never did the first time. I called the store twice. My order wasn’t delivered till 8:19PM. I had to make him meet me at the door of my building because I left my keys upstairs and I wasn’t going to get locked out in the cold. He responded on the phone “oh really?” I said yes really and I tipped you online and specifically put on the note to meet me here”. He said okay he’ll meet me at the door. I ordered the 2-Liter Fanta Orange soda, he came with a 2-Liter Minute Maid Lemonade instead. Pissed me off. Only thing wrong with my order. In total, waited a whole hour for my stuff. I was so hungry and tired, I just wanted my stuff to go upstairs so I can eat & go to sleep. He had the audacity to say I didn’t tip him, he was asking for cash. I said “no, I tipped you online 20%. Ask your boss when you get there.” I had to write it down on the receipt & sign it 🙄 cause he wasn’t going to leave me alone. I wanted to just get my stuff & go upstairs. Tip or no tip give us our stuff, follow the delivery instructions and give people what they order if you don’t have it call people and ask them what they want instead. Poor poor customer service. Whenever I order Domino’s in Manhattan when I’m with my family up there…the customer service is so much better, faster, food is better and hot. Do better otherwise lose customers. Having a 2 star rating review is not great.

I ordered my food and they marked it delivered when I was NEVER delivered. Call the store and the man that picked up the phone was rude and hung up on me. The people that work there need BETTER training and BETTER customer service skills. This store gets bad ratings. That should mean something. The management needs to be investigated because obviously the training they giving them isn’t working

When I got there the worker that was there made me wait for about 20 minutes while he ate his breakfast before acknowledging my order that I had placed online. After he returned to the front he proceeded to make my cheesy bread with out washing his hands or putting any gloves on.

if i could give these people zero stars i would. This has to be the worst dominos store in all of brooklyn. Terrible customer service and the drivers are disrespectful as hell. Don’t even order from here because by the time they get to you your food’s gonna be cold.
