I love the pizza from 1758 Pitkin Ave, this is the only pizza I like to order my pizza because I really love how they make the pizza in here . I always wanted to give a good feedback about this place because I think they're really the best pizza the people in there doing a great job š. And they are very friendly and nice . So the pizza is great and the customer service is great too. I buy my pizza in here every week so I don't even have to said my name. If I'm hungry and I'm far away from this place I drive al alway here to get my pizza I don't stop nowhere also I really hope this company appreciate the people that work in here because they doing a great job

Terrible service and itās been going on for years. The pizza is never fully sliced through, my order today took an hour and a half for two items. And when you try to tell them about it, theyāre quick to hang up and not care about nothing. I personally want them shut down.

Disrespectful employees.
I ordered from you three weeks ago a personal pizza real simple instructions half pepperoni and buffalo sauce and the other half cheese. I not only Pick up my food and itās cold, but they also couldnāt follow simple instructions And end up putting buffalo sauce all over the pizza, which then made it very soggy and un appealing. If I could write them zero stars, I would.

I order a 14 inch Philly cheesesteak pizza in person I got the pizza went home and the pizza was wrong. It was about 1 oāclock when I got the pizza and I went to the store by 1:20 AM ask for a refund it wasnāt trying to give me a refund. Did they gave me half of the money back then called the police on me nasty place do not eat there.

DELIVERY: On Saturday 3/1/2025: I placed my order at 6:54PM. At 7:30PM, I received the text alert update that the delivery guy Mohammed was pulling up now. On the note of delivery instructions I specifically stated āplease meet me at door of my buildingā AND I HAD TIPPED VIA ONLINE š”. He never did the first time. I called the store twice. My order wasnāt delivered till 8:19PM. I had to make him meet me at the door of my building because I left my keys upstairs and I wasnāt going to get locked out in the cold. He responded on the phone āoh really?ā I said yes really and I tipped you online and specifically put on the note to meet me hereā. He said okay heāll meet me at the door. I ordered the 2-Liter Fanta Orange soda, he came with a 2-Liter Minute Maid Lemonade instead. Pissed me off. Only thing wrong with my order. In total, waited a whole hour for my stuff. I was so hungry and tired, I just wanted my stuff to go upstairs so I can eat & go to sleep. He had the audacity to say I didnāt tip him, he was asking for cash. I said āno, I tipped you online 20%. Ask your boss when you get there.ā I had to write it down on the receipt & sign it š cause he wasnāt going to leave me alone. I wanted to just get my stuff & go upstairs. Tip or no tip give us our stuff, follow the delivery instructions and give people what they order if you donāt have it call people and ask them what they want instead. Poor poor customer service. Whenever I order Dominoās in Manhattan when Iām with my family up thereā¦the customer service is so much better, faster, food is better and hot. Do better otherwise lose customers. Having a 2 star rating review is not great.

Placed an order online and paid . Driver put he delivered it and never delivered it.
I ordered my food and they marked it delivered when I was NEVER delivered. Call the store and the man that picked up the phone was rude and hung up on me. The people that work there need BETTER training and BETTER customer service skills. This store gets bad ratings. That should mean something. The management needs to be investigated because obviously the training they giving them isnāt working
