Never order from here. This place is a joke. Delivery guy claims he delivered my food. Never got it. Then I call the store, they give me a hard time about it. Like who's running this place? All the negative reviews are justified with my experience alone. This place just needs to be closed down. Management is horrible. They barely speak English which I'm not putting them down for that, but how can you communicate especially when you and your staff mess up? Supposedly my order was canceled because they didn't want to bother to redeliver my order. Again, this place is a joke and I would stay away. I won't be ordering from this place again.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Domino’s location. I placed and paid for a curbside pickup order, checked in when I arrived, and waited for my food to be brought out. Even though the staff clearly saw my car, no one came out. When I went inside, the employee who identified himself as the manager told me he would not bring the order carside, refused to remake the food even though it had been sitting for some time, and ultimately would not give me my order or issue a refund.
I left the store without receiving any food despite being charged in full. I also have a photo/video from the interaction showing my food behind the counter and the manager stating he would not release it to me. I called the police to report the issue ad they were not helpful at all.
After this incident, I checked the Google reviews and saw multiple comments describing similar issues with customer service at this location. I wish I had seen those sooner, because it would have helped me avoid this experience altogether.
I have reached out to corporate, but so far I have not received a resolution or a refund. I hope this review helps other customers be aware and also encourages the store to address these ongoing service problems.

Awful franchise location. When you get pizza delivered, you expect it to be handed to you or dropped at your door, especially if you give a generous tip, right? Apparently they’re not “allowed” to go upstairs if a building is more than one floor. Have never encountered this issue with another pizzeria in my life.
Called multiple times and zero answer. Franchise owner should be ashamed of this poorly ran location. Seems like everyone has an issue here.

Ordered through DoorDash and never received my order. Horrible no communication whatsoever.
Do not order from this Store , I placed an order at 2:00 PM and my pizza was delivered over an hour Late . Pizza is cold I also pre tipped on the app . Mind you I’m only 5 minutes away from the restaurant by car and they went a mile away to deliver another order . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE THEY ARE THE WORST DOMINO’S I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH

The worst pizza I've ever had. It was old, smelled weird, and was stale. School lunch pizza was better than this POS dominos. Worst 50 bucks I've ever spent in my life. Delivery guy also didn't come up to my apartment despite me telling him I had a baby with me.

I don't know if all dominos are like this, but my pizza tasted pretty badly. The meats they put in tasted old. They did not follow my instructions on extra toppings.
I placed my order on the Dominos app, and within the eta, it said it was ready, i checked in the app. I went inside and had to wait 10 mins for someone to acknowledge me. I showed the man at the counter my order, and I could tell he was flustered and he mumbled something to his coworkers in his native indian language, which I could tell it was a curse word while he was getting my order.
If Dominos is going to serve bad food and bad customer service. This company is done for.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!! They are theives. App will say one price then when they come with your order the receipt will have a higher amount. They will purposely leave some of your order behind they are very unsanitary making food without gloves also handling money at the same time without gloves!! I don’t even know how this place is still open. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I went in person to express my concerns, 2-15-25. NO ONE CARED. NOT EVEN THE SO-CALLED MANAGER.

I rather walk in the freezing cold to the store, than get delivery. They don’t even come to my apartment door I have to walk to their car. And start complaining about a tip. The food is very skimpy on the portions

Poor customer service with the drivers they don't like bringing the food to your building rude manners and they walked mad slow when I was downstairs like sir it's cold he didn't care at all so I cursed him out shouldn't have to do that but when you black they don't treat you right smh Hope this helps they have nasty attitudes
