The worst pizza I've ever had. It was old, smelled weird, and was stale. School lunch pizza was better than this POS dominos. Worst 50 bucks I've ever spent in my life. Delivery guy also didn't come up to my apartment despite me telling him I had a baby with me.

I don't know if all dominos are like this, but my pizza tasted pretty badly. The meats they put in tasted old. They did not follow my instructions on extra toppings.
I placed my order on the Dominos app, and within the eta, it said it was ready, i checked in the app. I went inside and had to wait 10 mins for someone to acknowledge me. I showed the man at the counter my order, and I could tell he was flustered and he mumbled something to his coworkers in his native indian language, which I could tell it was a curse word while he was getting my order.
If Dominos is going to serve bad food and bad customer service. This company is done for.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!! They are theives. App will say one price then when they come with your order the receipt will have a higher amount. They will purposely leave some of your order behind they are very unsanitary making food without gloves also handling money at the same time without gloves!! I don’t even know how this place is still open. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I went in person to express my concerns, 2-15-25. NO ONE CARED. NOT EVEN THE SO-CALLED MANAGER.

I rather walk in the freezing cold to the store, than get delivery. They don’t even come to my apartment door I have to walk to their car. And start complaining about a tip. The food is very skimpy on the portions

Poor customer service with the drivers they don't like bringing the food to your building rude manners and they walked mad slow when I was downstairs like sir it's cold he didn't care at all so I cursed him out shouldn't have to do that but when you black they don't treat you right smh Hope this helps they have nasty attitudes

Zero stars if I could. I ordered delivery and tipped before arrival and the order was left at the front desk after being instructed to deliver to the apartment. I have a sleeping baby and can’t go down to go get it. Lazy delivery people that don’t want to do their job

This established as is not professional so apparently they don’t like to deliver to the project, but they don’t have that on their line when you order online before a certain time they will deliver to so as long as before 5 o’clock OK, it is 241. I placed the order at 2 o’clock. I spent $40. On two pizzas the guy called it says he’s outside all right so now I said my 10 year old downstairs at least a meeting at the door. I said ring the bell so I can buzz you in. He says he’s not coming upstairs. I said fine. My son will meet you at the door. This man says I’m at the street. What is delivery if delivery is not your delivering to my house and you cannot do that then you should’ve called me before you made them pizza. The delivery and said listen. We don’t come to the building. Are you gonna be able to come outside walk to the curb and get your pizza? No one did that so now My Son is standing outside in the cold and this Indian man is not nowhere to be found. I called the place manager. They tell me he’s not gonna be in until 9 PM and I can go online and look for the number. They’re very rude and then I said when my son is still standing outside, where’s my pizza the man hung up on me so I have no pizzas. I’m on my way to the location as we speak and I’m probably gonna call the police because this is ridiculous. If you don’t want Harassment do not Order from them.

The store clerk had an attitude when I called and falsely claimed I gave them the wrong number. Additionally, billed me for order despite never delivering it. Will never deal with them again!!!

Everytime I order from this Dominos I’m disappointed. I haven’t ordered in a while so I decided to on Friday, when the delivery guy called he wasn’t even at my house. I had to wait another 20 mins. Against my best interest I decide to order again today. My order never came, I tried to rectify the issue in line dominios is only willing to give me 60 pts or 20% off. I want my money back. Now I’m here on hold trying to get in touch with someone for the store 30 minutes and counting. I’m so disgusted
10-27-2024- I tried them again for the 1st time in a long time. The driver stated he was at my building door. Went down no driver. Called him back and he started yelling saying that he left with my food and isn't bringing it back. Called the store and the guy that answered was so rude. He started yelling told him I wanted my money back and he hung up on me. They need to be more courteous to their customers. I really hate this dominos wouldn't mind it being shut down or better get new management. Cause the team they have there now sucks. This dominos 0/10 Customer service 0/10
