The food was okay but food delivery person was incredibly rude, cursed at me in a message and when I tried to complain to the location the supposed manager put me on hold and then hung up on me, rude, unprofessional and a waste of space

What's funny is this was supposed to be a make up for a previously botched order. They claim to have called me but I did not receive the call when they arrived. The food went back to the store but they claimed to have delivered. When I called the store they sent the food back but the lava cakes were completely destroyed. It feels intentional and I do not trust this store anymore. Never again!

I called this store regarding my order . I wanted to correct my phone number so that way I don’t inconvenience the delivery man upond my arrival. I spoke to someone and he rudely says he will give it to the driver and hangs up . He doesn't ask me for the new number or nothing just simply bangs the call . Very disappointing in their costumer service.

Whenever they have a sale, they don't do the pizza properly all the time.

Good evening,

It is with great disappointment that I write this on behalf of my nonprofit organization.

Several weeks ago, we reached out to your Domino’s location in hopes of receiving a small donation — five boxes of pizza — to support an upcoming community event taking place in just two days. The event is designed to educate and empower local youth in the very neighborhood your store serves.

After speaking with someone at your store by phone, we were told the donation of five boxes of pizza would be approved. I was even called back from your store’s number to confirm it and was instructed to call the day before to reconfirm the quantity. I was also given an email address to coordinate logistics and offered to submit our 501(c)(3) nonprofit documentation for tax purposes.

I followed through on all communication. Yet now, just days before the event, we’re being told that your store doesn’t handle donations unless corporate approves them — a claim that is simply not true. I’ve personally spoken with Domino’s corporate, and their own public guidelines state that local stores have discretion over donation decisions.

So I have to ask — why mislead us? Why confirm a donation and ask us to follow up, only to reverse the decision at the last minute and deny any record of our agreement? Over the past few months, every time we’ve followed up, we’ve simply been told, “We’re busy right now.” And now, with the event just two days away, we are left scrambling.

This is not just frustrating — it’s deeply disappointing. The students and families attending this event are the same people who patronize your store. Domino’s has no issue accepting their money, but when it comes time to give back — even in the form of five boxes of pizza — there’s no accountability or follow-through.

We truly hoped Domino’s would stand behind its mission of supporting local communities. Unfortunately, this experience has been the opposite. I hope this matter is taken seriously and that future outreach from community organizations is met with greater integrity and respect.

Terrible service every single time. Will not answer the phone or will keep you on hold. If they do answer from hold it’s to check if you’re still there then put you right back on hold. Will also answer and leave the phone off hook so you can here everything going on in the store but will never speak or acknowledge the customer. Reason for call is due to not reading the requested pizza.

And just as a tip, always order extra sauce on your pizza (not that they listen) but none of their pizza comes with any sauce Under the cheese. Dry! EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!

The flavor and taste of the 6.99$ Medium pizzas were good, my only problem is the dough being old or mismanaged.
The yeast which is a bacteria I believe used to produce the dough is causing digestion problems after our meal. I shouldn't be experiencing acid reflux symptoms eatting a pizza...

This is the worst Dominos in the whole US, ive seen employees cleaning their hands with their clothes and then touching the food, always order half an hour before and when you arrive they wouldn’t even start it yet. Terrible customer service, every person that leaves goes away mad.
