Tonight I ordered pizza from this place. It is Christmas Eve and usually On Christmas Eve I let my children order anything they want from outside because on Christmas Day I cook. It was An extremely unfortunate situation that the pizza arrived, and it was completely wrong I called the store and the guy on the phone. I believe his name was Zabair Refused to send me the correct pizza he said that I had to come to the store and pick it up. The Reason I ordered in the first place Is because I am at home with small children he was very rude and nasty on the phone with me so unfortunately, we could not eat our pizza tonight because my daughter is allergic to the Alfredo sauce never again!!!!

Pizza and service has been supreme since they came back. Marbled cookie brownie has been a bit overcooked all three times I've gotten it though. Still edible and delicious, but it the brownie bit just tastes and feels like it was close to burning. Almost bitter, with a crisp film on the bottom. Otherwise though great stuff

Abysmal service. unhelpful and rude staff. Said my order was delivered before i even saw the delivery driver and have some weird rule about not being able to go into apartment buildings that i have never encountered before and so was confused but delivery driver just kept yelling that i need to come down even tho i was trying to explain that i do not see him. Made me go out to the street and find him before he delivered my order and by then the food was cold. tried to call the store for assistance during all this but they immediately put me on hold. had to call back again and then the woman on the line was completely unhelpful. will not be ordering from here again would advise others not to as well

DO NOT ORDER PIZZA FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible service! They talk talk talk about NOTHING while neglecting to take orders and make it! Because they’re so busy talking they even give you the wrong order. The order before me got the wrong pizza as well. Make same mistake twice in 15 minutes? Come on. This location needs to be shut down. If you want to have your time, money, and energy wasted…. Order here. If not, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I have yet to be contacted concerning my experience yesterday. I will be contacting the Department of Health if I do not hear back soon. I recorded the absolutely unsanitary practices that I witnessed and intend on posting the video unless your workers are corrected and I am refunded for a pizza that I did not take or want!
Completely Unprofessional! I tried to place and order via the the telephone.
I called twice, the first time I called some young lady answered the phone then immediately put me on hold and I was on hold for almost 10 minutes, I was on the line shouting hello then they finally picked back up , I made my order , without calling back the order to me or even telling me the total she started asking for my card information.
I asked what the total was and then she proceeded to put me on hold again.
Another female came on the phone and called over the order and then told me the total. When I asked her what was the discount (because I’m a regular customer and I buy from them over the phone all the time and usually when I ask what the discount I get couples dollars off)
She told me they don’t give discounts I tried explaining to her that I’m a usually and that they do! Basically I ended the call because she kept saying the same thing.
I called back and the same young lady who I first spoke to on the first call picked up. And then immediately put me on hold again
I had to shout Hello at the phone for them to pick it back up after almost 20 minutes
She came back I asked to speak with someone else And a man came on and said we’re not taking orders over the phone and as I was about to respond he hung the phone up!
This is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. What kind of service is this???
I wouldn’t trust those employees with my food so I will order elsewhere

They forgot my drinks again. I should have known better from the last time. Don’t bother ordering drinks with your pizza order guys, they will never bring it. They refuse to refund you. The guy on the phone is rude and Disrespectful . He said that if I want my drinks I would need to either refund my pizza orders when the guy comes or pay an extra deliver fee. Then when I told him that’s not how that works , where’s the customer service this fool hangs up on me. I’m filing a complaint with the DCA. He’s playing in my face . And the quality control needs improvement. The chocolate lava cake came stuck together. A whole mess. Too often if we don’t do something they just continue with the nonsense. They lost a loyal Customer for LIFE.
