The rice for the sushi is overly salty. It’s hard to believe that such a mistake could be made by a professional. I only ate the top part.

Ordered for takeout and I have NEVER had sushi this inedible. The fish was extremely dry and tasted stale. The negitoro roll doesn't even have toro in it, it's just straight tuna and it tastes stale. One of the sushi pieces had banana as a topping (???). Kinda weird how this has 20 ratings on google but 2k+ reviews on Doordash, which are all probably bought. NEVER again, the sushi was absolutely disgusting and I would not recommend this to anyone.

We got a few things to share for a light dinner and we're super pleased. The sushi was incredible, fresh and tasty. I love all the sauces it comes with. The miso was lovely and warming. But the showstopper for me tonight was underdog cucumber salad - wow!! Incredible mix of flavors and textures, a little spicy - absolutely wonderful. Can't really comment on the ambiance or service as we had it delivered via Door Dash. Can't wait to try more things!

I got the omakase box for take-out and thought it was a great deal for only $39. Nigiri choices were really good (seared salmon was my favorite) and serving size was perfect with the rolls / sides paired with it.

3.5 for domodomo to go. I believe this is part of doordash kitchens in downtown brooklyn, so they have a ghost kitchen and are primarily for takeout/delivery. They sometimes have discounts on the doordash app, so we took advantage of that to try their sushi and udon. The first time we ordered, we were so impressed! The takeout box reminds me of sugarfish, and everything is so nicely presented. The fish was fresh and they give you quite a bit in the rolls. My bf also really enjoyed the udon and would get again. With the discount, it's a pretty good deal for the amount they give you.The second time we ordered, the rice in all the rolls seemed old :/ stale and overseasoned. Even though they don't skimp on the amount of fish, the rice kinda ruined it for us

Best quality sushi around the area. Very fresh and their garlic bacon fried rice is excellent. Also their handroll is great too - spicy tuna was my favorite :)
My favorite sushi place in the city came to Brooklyn! The freshest sushi box i ever had. Their hand rolls are the best and must try!

I love their other locations but this location does not live up to the same standard. The seaweed on the rolls was extremely chewy (indicating that they were not freshly made) and the salmon in my rolls and my partner’s rolls was so fishy that it was inedible. I do appreciate the real wasabi they give with your sushi, and I enjoyed the cabbage salad, but neither make the experience worth it.

Nothing tasted fresh, the tuna roll especially tasted old to the point where I physically could not swallow it. Not sure what happened her since all the other reviews seem to say otherwise.

Solid take out sushi place when you are craving sushi & sashimi. I enjoyed my sushi & roll combo. I loved the package, selection of fish and it was plentiful of food that I actually made two meals. I thought price was decent considering the amount and quality of the food. It's not super fancy but definitely reliable quality you can trust with raw food.
