The location at LaGuardia airport is not the best. The costumers are rude and not approachable. There’s a reason everyone else’s line is four times longer than there’s.

While every other low review is about the food, I’ll make mine about the service. Many servers are not at all professional and quite rude, especially to quite honestly, those of us who aren’t white, or black (or Hispanic, so you take a guess what’s next). I have been here several times, my credit card will back that up, and each and every time without FAIL, I am spoken to differently than everyone else. I have gotten eyes rolled at me, aggressive repetitions of phrases when just asking them to repeat something, and heavy sarcasm. I don’t see this behavior with the non-Asians ordering behind me, or in front of me. I had nice service just ONCE and guess when it was - 2024 when an Asian girl was making my order.
I just want to come here and buy a meal, do I have to be scared I’ll get someone upset each time? Took my business to the Chopt a couple doors down instead, they were much more pleasant. I hope you show this review to all your employees, shame on them for thinking they can treat people differently according to appearance.

I buy here a lot because i like it, however, the girls serve you so fast like "Sonic fast" and give alittle bit of everything, I literally have to tell them: more more more more< like common. I think they train them to give a small portion of everything. Even the sauses, a drop of sauce. Like, would you serve yourself like that? other than that the food tastes good

A pleasant staff can never be underrated and you'll find it here. I had the fish tacos...they were so great I went and had them again Plus they were really kind to my mother And that means a lot
So it turns out they don't sell fish tacos And this review was for the wrong place I assume Google reviews sends me the right places that I've been And the mistake was on my end But the owner was honest enough to tell me that And that speaks for itself
