Bought some stew chicken and if I wasn’t so far after opening the container I would have brought it right back !!! Chicken wasn’t clean properly skin still on chicken the skin still have feathers in it just look nasty 🤮 couldn’t eat it look like dog food !!

Finally DONE!! With Dougie's The food was pretty good when I first started going to this restaurant but lately food is just awful also the attitudes are on a different level of rudeness like you’re begging them to serve you, the person that serves the food has a nasty attitude also rolling her eyes from the kitchen the food is salty if I have to wonder if you spit in my food, this is where I’m done if you’re rolling your eyes at me While I’m giving your restaurant my business I don’t need to eat here anymore… Eat at your own risk…. ⛔️

I just got food from oxtail from here the gravy looks how it taste bad. Who ever is the new chef they have gone from good to bad to worse very disappointed will not order from here again. The food is not lively in the slightest. Waste of money

Food has declined. Have eaten here many times in the past. The last time I came the lady at the counter tells a lady staff who just walked in to pack my food. The lady has long weave with no hair net, no gloves, and still wearing her coat. I still paid for my food and decided to try it. Rice and peas were stuck together like it was leftovers and the chicken was not hot. Will not be back. Very unprofessional staff and food quality has been lost.

I've tried and tried with Dougie's but the inconsistencies have gotten so out of hand, it should be illegal. I don't know if the cooks are being switched out too often, if the business is overwhelmed with orders and is cutting corners out of laziness or what, but patrons beware. It's now to the point where I'm not even sure what they're giving us to eat. No matter how mi BEG them to make the chicken well done with no raw pieces they ALWAYS find a way to ruin the order. The fact that a customer even has to request COOKED well done chicken is insane. It's like playing Russian roulette with this business. You NEVER KNOW what you're gonna get. When it's cooked well it's great and flavorful but that is a RARE occurrence. The orders almost always include raw chicken. I don't know what they're doing in their kitchen but it's clear them nuh give a DAMN.

I place a order on door dash I am very disappointed im a regular customer of Dougies but this time am sick they send me stale food and you can tell the food was stale because the chicken was black and stiff all I can say yall lose a good customer never again ‼️
