If you want to spend more time here than you do at the DMV come on down. Idk what’s worst the cashier who doesn’t respect any type of line order (you can just walk up and skip anytime) and has a 20 minute conversation with EVERYONE who walks up. Or the lone floor manager in a store fill of workers. I see why they are shutting down, please wipe and redo

They really have the best pharmacy. I have never had a problem getting any of my prescriptions. The staff and pharmacists are all so lovely. They also do a great job of keeping everything in stock. The one time they ran out, the pharmacist Eleanor called around to make sure I got it the same day because I was going out of town and needed it. I have other pharmacies that are closer to my home but I still keep going there because they are the most reliable pharmacy I have ever dealt with.

When to buy lotion and batteries today. Found the lotion in a locked glass case, so I went to find someone to open the case for me to get the lotion. Couldn't find anyone who was willing to help, so I went to one of the cashiers. He told me he didn't have the keys and he doesn't know who had them. He tried to ask one female worker that came by but she just ignored him and rudely pushed pass me to go on her way. I stood there for a few minutes waiting to get help watching workers walking around but no one seemed interested in helping me. No one seemed to have the keys or knew who did...so I gave up and left. The store is nicely put together, big and clean, but what's the sense when you can't shop. This sucks so bad. SMDH!!

Disgusting humiliating attitude towards foreigners! My friend who came to visit a couple of days ago bought a coffee here that costs $6.99 he gave $20 in cash he was given change of $3, then they stood laughing at him because he does not know English they gave him $5, only when he said that he went to the police they gave him all $13 change! Respecting the administration of the pharmacy, pay attention to who works for you at the checkout, knowledge of English does not give them the right to mock foreign customers of your pharmacy! Is it really your company motto "Fraud and steal money from a visitor!" think about who works for you at the cash desk and how many people they deceive.

Are you ready for the 411? Here we go...after all the Duane Reade stores in the area have been closed it's refreshing to have this one in the neighborhood. It's always well stocked and kept clean. The assortment of greetings cards available provides a variety to choose from for those who still believe in sending out cards to loved ones. The staff has changed over the years so customer service is always questionable but overall have had no issue. If you are ever in the area check it out and let me know what you think!

My fiancé and I came in a few minutes ago to purchase a VISA gift card for a mutual friends birthday. We both wanted to put money on it and asked the cashier if it was possible, he looked over at his co-worker standing a few feet to his left and smirked and said "no." he then said bye to a customer/friend? of his he was chatting with shortly before we came him who was holding a few snacks and walked out (whether he paid for them or not I'm not completely sure, I only mention this because if he didn't that means the cashier allowed him to leave without paying purposely). The cashier then said "just zelle him." to me I didn't know how to respond to that so I just politely nodded. He then laughed again and looked towards his coworker and said something along the lines of "look at 'these people' going through all this bs to put some damn money on a card." He repeated this two more times I'm not sure if to antagonize us or what. He then stated "y'all ain't getting no discount" when I tried to put my number it for the prompt, I was just following the prompt not asking for any discount? I left the store in tears due to the disrespect me and my fiancé experienced. We were baffled at what had happened. He just continued laughing and we left with the card. I would avoid this place. The cashier was a tall, black, male with a Caribbean accent, his coworker I didn't get to look at because I was too focused on this man completely disrespecting me.

My experience with this location has always been tragic. The Express Pick Up Line for the pharmacy is not express. You can download the Walgreens app, pay in advance, and you will STILL have to wait because there is always ONE person working the check out and their system is almost always down or they start late because of an emergency so even if your medication is “ready” via the app the store representatives will tell you otherwise.There is pretty much almost always an issue, whether it be a line, or an incredibly long wait or, general staff are not highly communicative. Additionally, their signage is wrong. As of March 31st, 2021 the store’s signage stated covid19 vaccines were not available at this location however the clerk at the pharmacy asked if we were here for a vaccine. They need to do better overall but the location is always clean and airy so that’s one perk.
