Duet Bakery and Restaurant

This is my go to for family outing or a date night with my husband. Although I’m from a family of bakers and chefs, it’s feels good to go out and have some else prepare the meals. I often order their red velvet cake for birthdays etc. I wish they have more flavor cakes however. The staff here are the most polite I’ve encountered. I’ve been going to this location for over 5 years.

From appetizer to dessert, every part of the meal was absolutely delicious!! Highly recommend!! This will become a regular visit place for me, I had the French Onion soup which was proper and deep in flavor, the gruyere was dreamy. The Burrata Flatbread was stunningly delicious. The Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass was cooked so perfectly, absolutely delicious. The Dulce de Leche donuts were stunning, when something tastes so good it makes you pause. I am excited for next visit already to try different items on the menu. I see some complaints about pricing and portions however firstly, you pay for what you get and this was all very high quality ingredients and food, this is not a diner, the portions are perfect and allows you to enjoy a multiple course meal. Although I live very close to here I came here finally because of Resy and this was an amazing find!!

I hired Duet as the caterer for a birthday party at my home. The entire process was well organized and exceeded my expectations. Kate coordinated the work and considered all details to ensure the party was a success. Food was top notch, and the waiters were attentive and helpful from beginning to end. I recommend hiring Duet and look forward to working with them again.

I’ve been to Duet Bakery and Restaurant twice so far. Very cute restaurant in Mill Basin. I noticed they have different deals for different days of the week. Food and service were great. Would return again.

I was in this restaurant for the first time in August. Cool place!🔥 Everything was at a solid level - the atmosphere, the food, the presentation of dishes. The service deserves special attention. The waiters are very attentive and friendly. In a word, the service is of high quality. 👌We celebrated a birthday there and the cake for the birthday girl was ordered in this restaurant. I can say it was the best mousse cake I have ever eaten. 🎂🔥Bravo, guys!👏

Duet bakery is the best restaurant in millbasin for coffee breakfast brunch lunch and dinner , coffee is always on point and so is the food , the staff is amazing , always attentive caring for there patrons , I appreciate all that duet has to offer from the drinks , coffee to the amazing food really so yummy 🤤 and so so goooooood!!!!

I can’t thank Duet Bakery enough for their amazing service! I had promised to bake a cake for my friend’s birthday, but things didn’t go as planned and I was in a total panic. Duet Bakery truly saved the day! Not only did they have a beautiful and delicious cake ready, but they also arranged for immediate delivery—it was quick, easy, and completely stress-free. The cake arrived right on time and honestly made the celebration feel extra special. I’m so grateful for their professionalism and kindness. Found this restaurant near my house that has the most warm and welcoming atmosphere. Very delicious and elegantly served food, with the perfect touch of freshness and decadence. Warm lighting and a mood that is subtle and relaxing. Amazing customer service and anything you want, you will have.
