I came in on Christmas Day with my family. We all ordered a peppermint mocha latte. It came with whip cream on top. When going in for the first sip it immediately smelled sour. We asked the 2 workers that were there around 6pm to smell it. They both said that is normal and that is what whip cream smells like when it touches something hot. I asked if they could remake it without whip cream. They said that they could but they would have to charge me. A sour smell means bacteria has started to grow. We requested our money back. Don’t go here!

Went in 12/8. they close at 9pm. I went in 755pm and wanted sandwiches and was told we cleaned the oven and grille sorry AN HOUR BEFORE !! Horrible rude customer service - I walked out . Homeless outside beg for money never get chased too

They give you burnt food to eat. And they take too long. 13.00 for burnt egg and cheese. The cheese was burnt. Hire people who have sense! The place is very dirty. Over filled garbage. And the people making food, sneeze and dont wash their hands after blowing their nose. What kind of business are you running?

Young girl working here is extremely rude despite me being very nice. i waited twenty minutes for food until a young man came and helped me.
The 4 times I’ve been here in the past 2 weeks, I have to stand there for at least 5 minutes before someone takes my order. It was fine the first 1-2 times but theres literally 3-4 workers behind the counter, I don’t get it!! Also they don’t mix the drinks especially the matcha. I’ll stick with the DD on 86st or 76st.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Dunkin’ Donuts, 9243 4th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11209
I had a very upsetting experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location on 8 June 2025. I purchased two dozen donuts, expecting fresh and tasty products, but what I received was completely unsatisfactory.
When I got home and tried one donut, it was stale, hard, and almost empty of filling — especially in the Boston Creme. My son confirmed that the donut was tough and lacked filling. I returned to the store to address this, but the staff was incredibly unprofessional.
The employee was argumentative, insisting “that isn’t true,” despite my request for her to actually look at and touch the donuts. She refused to verify the condition of the donuts and dismissed my concerns. Another employee came out, and I repeated my complaint. Instead of helping, she questioned whether the donuts were even from their store, which was shocking — I was there less than two hours earlier!
Neither employee was willing to examine the donuts or take responsibility. The second employee told me to call customer service, refusing to do anything else.
Additionally, the store itself is dirty and rundown, which only added to my disappointment. I am posting photos of the donuts and the facility to illustrate the poor quality and condition.
This was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. I won’t be returning, and I advise others to be cautious before purchasing here.

After placed the order and waiting for 25 minutes asked to use restroom, the manager told me it’s for customer only, when showed the receipt to the manager I get answered restroom out of order.
