After waiting for more then 20 minutes to place an order, when we asked for the restroom code, we were informed by staff that although the restrooms are fully operational for employees, the manager does not ever allow customers to use the restrooms…even in emergency situations. The dining area was dirty and every single table was covered with crumbs and trash. At 1:30pm they were out of most varieties of donuts. I highly recommend avoiding this location.

They move very very slow, even if you order on the mobile app. It’s one thing to be busy especially during the mornings and the orders are delayed due to a heavy rush of people, however the employees are too busy gossiping amongst each other while people are waiting for their orders. They just need to move faster and focus

Service is fine. The place is clean. Workers are friendly. The prices are horrible. $7.48 for two donuts and a small coffee! Last time I went was late last year. It might’ve been close to $6, maybe less. I can’t justify paying that much for bland coffee and small, dry donuts. DD should be ashamed!
