I am so picky about my coffee. Dunkin ladies at 9243 4th ave never let me down. They are graceful and respectful. Always with a smile. I go to this location twice a day and would not exchange it for Starbucks rude and unaccomodating staff. Kudos to Maha, Xhoana, Fareh, Ramza, Hebba, Papry.

This DD location was very untidy to say it was only approximately 11 a.m. We had to clean off our table. There was trash all over the floor. Chairs were all over the place. The employees seem not to be bothered by the mess in the dining area. My elderly mom couldn't use the bathroom due to it being out of order. Personally, I believe either it wasn't clean or no one wanted to clean up after customers. So, after buying coffee and breakfast, we had to walk back to her...

Used to be my favorite Dunkin and like the convenience of having Baskin ice creams on the same place. This store was open 24hrs and now closes at 9p. Perhaps it was the pandemic that forced the new hours of operation. The place was always packed, heavy traffic, full of life. The customers were students, old couples, young family with children, MTA employees and such. It was a nice place to gather with friends.However, just went at 7:27p on a Friday and the place was empty. I bought...
