So I'm in love with the coffee
Please have more workers around 6:30AM -8AM ! I was next in line and waited 20 full minutes for my order to be took! Only one cashier taking orders and making food orders for a long line and one person to do uber eats order ! The cashier worked as fast as she could , she is brown and had a nose piercing , at this time had red hair , she was very patient , very sweet and helpful , but she’s being over worked ! Please whoever the manager is stop being cheap and have another worker here !! this is ridiculous for the wait time !!

The place is one of the better kept DDs in the area. Haven't eaten from there, because the donut selections are usually scarce. One thing that really loses me is how slow they are with the mobile orders. They are so busy chatting up the staff that you're mobile order is sitting there and no one acknowledges it until you're standing there wondering why the order you put in 15 mins ago isn't done and the receipt is still in the machine. They are usually apologetic for the long wait but still it's a reoccurring thing

It's one of the better Dunkin's around the place. It's well kept, spacious and the air feels clean. The staff are really pleasant and well mannered. Keep up the good work

I arrived in the store and ordered one large hot vanilla chai and two turkey bacons wraps. The tea was served after fifteen minutes waiting at the counter. I encountered about the rest of the order. One of the servers looked at me almost confused and then pointed to a male server who asked the female which one. He proceeded to make the order but left it on the counter and continued filling other orders. After an additional ten minutes I asked the female server is my food ready I have to go.?I was ignored . I said I need to get my money back . She told me that I’ll have to join the line again. In the meantime other servers are serving themselves food and going into the back room. I know the food was made but the male server left it on the counter and proceeded to serve other people who came after me. This is the most ghetto and unprofessional place I have ever visited. Surely the staff needs to be trained. This is my first and last visit. Dunkin’s are a dime a dozen

This store typically understaffed, expect one person to be ringing people up, making drinks and food especially on weekends. One other reviewer mentioned a robbery - I was also there that day. I believe their frequent understaffing and lack of management presence those days made thema prime target of that. Anyhoo - If they’re ever well staffed consider it a treat. Staff is really cool here, never had a bad experience. Hot food menu is limited and mundane, pastries are typically fresh tasting, and the coffee can use a lot of work. Iced coffee often taste like water despite putting cream and flavor in it. Maybe management should do some quality control because coffee from other Dunkin’ Donuts don’t taste so bland. It’s like no matter the flavor iced coffee you buy it’s giving tap water. They gotta work on that! The concept of the place is nice in essence - tables with charger outlets so people can keep their devices on and connected while dinning in but because the neighborhood is full of savages who not use to anything nice they break the outlets so it’s not unusual to see staff occasionally remove those tables. Other than that the place is pretty sanitary, the savages can make a mess of the pick up counter a lot of the times but they do try to keep the area clean in-between serving. Overall decent spot, just don’t expect more than the bare basics.
