I ordered online and they accepted it but when I go to pick it up the man says their closed keep in mind that I ordered at 7:12 they close at 8pm that’s what it says online, but then he’s going to tell me that their closed and just dismiss me, why accept it if you were closed, didn’t even try to help me I will not be ordering again unprofessional and rude.

My sister and I love our ice carmel latte but somehow like the staff was upset this afternoon. Our lattes were so bitter, ain't no carmel in this cup but we were hustling to beat the traffic so we didn't had time to come back inside to have it rectify but my thing is the first time around should have been perfect cos the mixer knows the exact amount ro the blend ... the upsides my sister's own was to her liking but mine nasty dunkin

The food is OK but the service is beyond slow. Lines are always long . An person has to wait like 5 to 10 minutes just to get one coffee or item

I love dunkin' donuts but this dunkin' donut was terrible. I asked the girl for a pumpkin spice iced coffee. I requested the iced coffee but she gave me the latte anyway, which was more money, I did not ask for this. Also we was in the line two or three people in the line she decides to leave the line to fix other customers drinks instead of her taking our order and then fixing other people's drinks or letting the other guy that was there take our orders she decided to leave us hanging with nobody to help us there is no reason for me to stay in the store a half an hour waiting for service that was so ridiculous the service is lousy at this dunkin' donuts and they are not a friendly staff I will not be coming back to this one
Selected my donuts 2nd time ordering through Uber...they sent whatever!!!!! The disrespect...last laugh is on them....took picture my order was refunded will not order from them to deliver

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to put my experience from one store, so I am giving my overall experience since I visited Dunkin stores so often. For some reason, when I go into a Dunkin' Donuts, I am often greeted with seriousness that is unfamiliar to my lighter brothers and sisters. I am an African American male, I am often dressed decent, and I carry myself well. I greet the staff pleasantly with a smile, but it is often not reciprocated. This is after I see smiles gleaming at the customer before I reach the counter.
