I hate that I live by this one now. Prepare for there to only be 2 workers at a time. You could be the only one in line for 20 minutes at any given time. it’s always hot too! The one one Halsey j is wayyy better. So sad I live closer to this one now 😩

If you’re putting mobile orders behind the counter, at least attend to those customers??? Waiting another 15 mins to get my order after walking in. It’s always with the morning workers.

Never any sense of urgency when there’s people waiting in line!!! Come on! Move with some pep so your customers are taken care of in a timely manner. This is an EVERYDAY thing. Do better!

I waited over 10 minutes to receive my mobile order. Lately they have been keeping the mobile orders behind the counter and I’ve noticed a significant increase in wait times. While I understand for safety reasons that the order be kept behind the counter. No patron should wait over 10 minutes when it is not busy for an order that was already made. Please have the staff be more mindful of people coming in for their mobile pick up orders.

Absolutely terrible experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. The store is clearly advertised to close at 8:00 PM, but when I arrived at 7:45 PM, the worker told me they close at 7:45. That makes no sense. If you're going to stop serving people before the posted closing time, then update your hours.

I really try to support Brown businesses in our area, but the lack of professionalism and basic customer service standards makes it hard. It’s disappointing to see this kind of attitude toward paying customers. I’m done here. There are plenty of other places that respect people’s time and business.

So I ordered on UberEATS since the one by my house closed up . Food arrives and low and behold the sandwich I received was cold to the touch. Not even the sausage patty was cooked.

Unprofessional. Will be taking this up with corporate.
