So I ordered on UberEATS since the one by my house closed up . Food arrives and low and behold the sandwich I received was cold to the touch. Not even the sausage patty was cooked.
Unprofessional. Will be taking this up with corporate.

Whom ever is in charge of the area or district that I spoke to should be fired no transparency whatsoever Near 1295 Broadway in Brooklyn When contacted man in charge of district or several Dunkin’ Donuts in the area didn’t wanna deal with my issue of paying $6 or $7 for a drink I expect it to be correct and I didn’t even get the 2 refunds he promised me and to go back again and someone will speak to me but that didn’t happen he never called me back as he said after he looked into the matter… terrible service in 70% of all Dunkin’ Donuts and they make it like we have time to call every time our coffees suck and when it’s busy it takes forever to get it done again andmost of us don’t have the timewhen working
Went there this morning to get a croissant and a medium iced coffee. IT SUCKEDDD. There’s a new worker who makes the drinks horribly I had to get it remade 4 times and even after that it still didn’t taste right like watered down coffee. They also don’t cook their food all the way through the sandwich’s are still cold. Use to come here all the time but it’s looking slow for this Dunkin????????

They never have donuts … why even open ? & when I order though the app they don’t even bother telling you they didn’t have what you ordered. Shut this place down the service is terrible and the food is even worse.
