The atmosphere is terrible. The store is dirty and smells. The employees get paid to make coffee and they don’t know how to. You pay 6 dollars for a latte and it comes out burnt, and dark……. How is that possible?!??!? LATTES ARE MILK. The employees have terrible attitudes, act like they can’t mistakes and don’t want to fix their TERRIBLE “creations”. The absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts in Brooklyn. The manager, and the other guy that’s there every morning should not be allowed to do what they do it’s quite sad to not even be good at making coffees…. When that’s YOUR JOB. Never going again. Hopefully I save you the trouble too.

Ordered some muffins from here from Grubhub. The muffins were stale and one was hard, and possibly moldy and needed to be thrown away. I'm not sure if because I ordered it without being physically present in the store they opted to give me the old ones as opposed to fresh one's but either way I wouldn't trust this dunkin with any online orders. Cheap and tacky to do something like that.

Customer Service top but food isn't great it's old rusty like metal I had diarrhea after eating my gut clean I told them make new and fresh they say fresh but why I had diarrhea other places I their food I don't get they use old meat and all chemical stuff don't go and eat that food unless it's emergency and you have no choice.

Every time I come in here the Asian Lady behind the counter is completely rude. Doesn’t say welcome has an attitude and barks at you to order. You ask for decaf coffee since some people have health issues and can’t drink regular coffee she yells and says we’re out. You’re telling me that you’re out of decaf everyday ? She blames it on her manager saying that he doesn’t order decaf coffee here. You’re a coffee place and should adhere to your customers. The lady yells at everyone in the place like it utterly disrespectful and I won’t be going back here again.
I ordered online at this place around 4pm. Went up to get the donuts I ordered and worker said they didn’t have the specific donuts I ordered. I asked if I could have a refund and the guy said no. Stuck with donuts I didn’t order or want but had to take them. Bad customer service and stingy.

This place never has hot lattes or any espresso drinks available with no signs and they’re super slow and inattentive. You either wait for them to serve 5 people to tell you or stand by the register in an empty DD for a few minutes just for them to say they don’t have any and this is the only location I’ve ever experienced this. It’s 90% of the time too mid day and early afternoon
