Try to order a specialty drink( cookie dough ice coffee). Lady at the register flat out said the machine is broken. I should’ve known this was a bad choice to go to Dunkin Donuts when the Dunkin Donut shop is empty.

I asked about using the bathroom because it was blocked off and the employees just ignored me and said no. I asked if the bathroom was out of order or if there was some other reason I couldn’t use the bathroom and they just ignored me. I stood there at the register and kept asking and they continued ignoring me with no explanation as to why the bathroom was unavailable. I kept asking to speak with a manager as they continued ignoring me after finally saying to come back tomorrow to speak with the manager. Then the older Asian lady had the audacity to tell me she was going to call the police because I wouldn’t leave since they were ignoring me and not answering my questions. Another gentleman working there finally told me they aren’t required to have a bathroom because they don’t have seating for 18 or more people, which is still peculiar because the bathroom was opened before. So suddenly they’re telling me the bathroom there doesn’t exist. The conversation was very contradictory in itself. The older Asian lady and the younger Hispanic female were beyond rude. A franchise needs to know how to handle customers in order for them to retain business and be trained in conflict resolution. These employees have no professionalism whatsoever it seems and judging by the reviews, this isn’t the first time and this has been recurring behavior from this specific site. They won’t be receiving my business ever again unless due changes are made and I won’t be recommending this location as well when there are 2 others in the vicinity.
Extremely Disappointed with the Service I ordered food from this location on May 4th and had a very unpleasant experience. When I politely asked an employee if I could use the restroom, I was abruptly told “no” with no explanation. The tone was rude and unprofessional. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment.

Customer service is crappy the CHINESE old lady had a very nasty attitude for some reason with me specifically only when I ordered I had a free reward in which she scanned she loudly in ground if others spoke to me as if I was a child aggressive yelling at me in her broken English saying you talk you talk free reward why you don’t talk I was confused and embersssed I said okay you see it when you scanned it’s your job to Why should I talk She demanded I spoke to tell her what I had before she scanned which is crazy and makes no sense I am a daily customer everyday This location is dirty always Filled with homeless And not enough workers which makes the lines crazy long and extra wait time She was so mean and unprofessional towards me only Then as I spoke up nicely she got even louder and mad and didn’t like it and said why you talk like that So lady you don’t like it when I talk but only your allowed to speak to me the way you want while working ???

1. The guys working here are FRIENDLY & GREETs customers, but only the MALE STAFFs.
2. Too many OLD FOLKS MONOPOLIZING the TABLEs & CHAIRs, also they are very NOISY.
3. No toilet to WASH HANDS, & this location close EARLY.
