So far this is favorite dunkin in the Williamsburg/greenpoint area. They never mess up my order, there's a wait sometimes but ill take that. Foods always cooked and my coffee is always made right.
The worker was extremely rude to this Black and Latino couple.

My order clearly said “cold foam” cold brew on the receipt but she prepared it black, then acted like I asked for something extra when I corrected it. Also, what’s the point of ordering ahead if I have to ask for my order and wait for her to make it when I arrive?

Worst Dunkin’ in the game, workers don’t care and all look like they are on the brink of death. Tried to redeem a coupon from the app and the lady gave me a huge hard time about it. Save yourself the grief and go to the one on mcguiness, it is managed like a Dunkin’ properly should be.
Somebody stole my pick up order before I got there and the staff was so useless about it, they didn’t even try to rembolse me anything so watch out when you order for pick up here

Staff doesn’t change gloves when handling money and then food and or drinks. I went in not too long ago and asked for an iced coffee and noticed the server didn’t change their gloves, next couple of hours I come down with severe food poisoning and coffee tasted very very off and was extremely dark when i asked for a light and sweet, will not be returning.

They didn't read the ticket. Every once in a while I'll get one of these places that are going so fast they don't pay attention to the ticket and just go on auto pilot.. read the ticket!!!!
