Disappointing Experience at Dunkin donut!

I recently visited Dunkin donut at 418 Coney Island Ave., Brooklyn, NY and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I purchased $27 worth of food the service was not up to par. The staff seemed disinterested and didn't greet customers. The store itself was also a bit messy, with items strewn about and unclean !

I believe that Dunkin donut, could improve by ensuring that food is fresh and by providing better customer service training to their staff. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend visiting 418 coney Island Ave., Dunkin donut by BP gas station.

This Dunkin' location is incredibly disappointing. The staff shows unacceptable behavior, including racism towards customers and consistently poor job performance. Specifically, one employee named "Lucky" has been particularly rude and disrespectful to me and others.

Bug in coffee

I tried to get free coffee today, 5/9/2024 because Dunkin Donuts are giving free coffee to teachers this whole week, and I was told that if the app doesn't have it, they do not give it. I said I was told to just show ID but I had t go to the app and go 0 discount!

I don't usually but my first frozen coffee I figure the girl didn't know then my second time same. It wasn't frozen more like water and what's up with the whip cream? If someone is paying for it you shouldnt barely give them. Another thing is I said good afternoon no one ever replied.

Got my friend’s entire order wrong but we didn’t want to cause a scene so we left. I got one of those Dunkin Energy drinks. About twenty minutes later, I see a tiny roach on the cup inside of my drink.I’m not in a place to immediately go back so after about an hour or two I return with my friend and tell the worker. The same worker who served the two of us. She first refuses we got this at that location (only location near us) and then she refuses to look at the cup with the bug until I physically point it out. She asked if I wanted another drink and I told her I wanted my money back and she said she couldn’t do that. So I just told her to throw the cup out and I left.This place has also had multiple experiences with mice and rats and bugs. Multiple traps can be seen from inside the gas station but this is the first time something like this has happened to me. It’s also a safety hazard and dangerous to people buying from this location.

Asked for a bagel with cream cheese . They messed up something simple. If I didn't already use my lunch break I'd take it back. Never spending money in any of these stores again. I believe the staff here is racist like they are in most dunking donuts.

Delicious donuts, as expected. Most of the staff is pretty nonchalant and casual, but some are very outgoing and nice. Avoid going here from 2:30 - 4 on weekdays, as it will be very packed with middle and high schoolers. (I know from experience). Overall, solid for a gas station Dunkin'. Exactly what you would expect.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a large step you have to get over to get to the door, and there is no ramps.

The people working here are the nicest & I love the way they make my coffee.
