They continuously get my order wrong, they give it to other people, and I always end up waiting here for 20 minutes for an order I placed on mobile ahead of time.

So disgusting save your money and don’t come here the customer service is so disgusting and so rude. I wish they could change these ladies that work in the morning. I came in and I ordered hashbrowns and iced caramel latte with less ice because last time it was full of ice it was only two sips she brings it almost half empty and it’s so white like any other Dunkin location would just fix it when I ask her can you fix it? She goes you have to pay three dollars for an extra shot. I look at her and I’m like first of all you give me my drink half empty she got so mad and so heated like relax it’s not coming out of your paycheck. I’m so disgusted. Do not come and save your money. I literally paid seven dollars for the drink. They wanted to charge me an extra $10. This is not Starbucks.

It has happened 3 times now that someone stole our food before we picked it up. If you order on mobile, beware, this store doesn’t check who takes which orders home and will just give your food away to a thief. They really need to begin asking people to show their name or confirmation on their phone before letting people pick up their food, especially for big orders. Every time this happened to us it was for a large order, so a lot of food was stolen. Also, I’d like to add that the workers said it’s not their fault the food was stolen. How is it not their fault? I hope management sees this so they can fix this.

i’m honestly super mad and upset because I understand that they’re busy and working hard to fill everybody’s orders.I had a frustrating experience at Dunkin’. My drink was made with far too much milk, filling half the cup, put a splash of vanilla. had no flavor coffee. Despite waiting for 30 minutes and having it remade, the coffee still tasted bad. I ended up wasting $5 on a drink that was not enjoyable. I hope they can address these issues to prevent future customers from having similar experiences.

Nice place with two tables, more suitable for takeout. From the recommends French cruller and ice latte, but for those with a sweet tooth, take extra sugar, because it seemed a little tasteless to me, but it’s top notch with sugar. If you want to find your favorite donut, come there before 1 p.m.

I received my macchiato with oat milk instead of whole milk and was unexpectedly charged an additional dollar for the substitution.When I brought this to the attention of the staff, the situation became more stressful than I anticipated. Everytime I go an order a drink off there menu there’s always a problem the lady at the register is either confused or they tell me it only comes in iced when I know that’s not the case because I’ve ordered it hot before it’s clear they don’t know what they’re doing or they just dont want to do there job they need to hire better people
