Came in to try the new bacon jam sandwich. The cashier was polite. I paid forthe bacon jam. But the sadness hit when I got on the train and unable to go back. I bit into the sandwich to be met with salty sadness. Where is my jam?!?!? I wanted my shakkar. My sweet tooth was denied. Maybe one day Ill be able to taste the sweet goodness that is bacon jam. He left my ice brown sugar half made and served two customers after me and the finished making my coffee. And it Burnt taste. And I ordered muffin toasted and he give it to me cold

The woman behind the counter was nice. She said I will get a free Dunkin uniform in a month. I had a blueberry donut and it was pretty tasty. This location is better than 86th street, which this location had a bad review about a rude Chinese lady who works there:Highly recommend this location :)

I originally ordered a Medium French Vanilla iced coffee & two strawberry chocolate donuts, the worker gave me two drinks for free and the donuts for $2. I tipped her because she was way too generous and sweet, may God bless her and make her wealthy ASAP! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

The main lady that always has the attitude is getting worse. If its busy her attitude is amplified and she doesnt care if she even gets you what you ordered. 0 accountability 0 care, but it doesnt help her that the other workers are incompetent
