I come into this location almost every morning. I place my order on the app so that it’s ready when I walk in. Just this past week 6 out of the 7 days I walked in my order wasn’t ready. Not because it was busy but because the employees are all chatting with each other. Soon as they see me walk in they begin to make my order. This morning was the straw the annoyed the camel!! Not only was my order not ready, and not only did the attempt to make it when they saw me walk in.. they weren’t able to because the machine that makes the steamed milk wasn’t cleaned from the night before and now it has to go through the cleaning cycle. The employee says it will take five min. So I wait. Ten min later she says oh it’s gonna be another 9 min. I don’t have that kind of time. I need to go catch a bus. I appreciate that the place is typically spotless and although the employees are lax they are friendly. But it’s the morning. Early morning. 5:30 am. This location is a block from a train station and several buses. Most people in there in the am are commuters. If this was the very first time this has happened, then maybe I wouldn’t be so pissed. But it’s not. Enough is enough!!

Easily the best Dunkin in the neighborhood. Clean, GREAT SERVICE, and quick; even when they're busy.Not always a Dunkin person, but when I am, I'll go out of my way to go to this shop.

Hit or miss with this place usually. Something is usually missing. We ordered yesterday on a Sunday and everything was great. Today Monday, three hairs in the delivery bag. Could not even check the food just threw it all out into the garbage. Never again, this looks deliberate.

Tried to order a mocha latte with oat milk and they didn't seem to understand what that was even after repeating it a couple times. What I got was drip coffee with mocha and cold oat milk.
Great place for coffee, breakfast or dessert :) prices are also good.Vegetarian options: We had an avocado toast.

Short Review:This location is much more friendlier and efficient than the one closest to me on 72nd. I came in for a coffee and decided to try those stuffed mini bagels. I don't know if they are worth the cost, but at least I got to try it out.
