I met a Jamaican lady very rude with hateful words, full of attitude towards me.just asking her to let me use the restroom and she was telling her coworkers that she will not let me use it even if the restroom is available to use and moreover she said she doesn’t like me.I will like to advise the owner of this store to make sure that the hateful behavior is not tolerated in the store.Thanks

Ordered a matcha latte. Drank it in two minutes. I went in asking why the whole drink was ice and only 25% was the drink. He said this was the regular amount of ice and didn’t want to remake the drink or even give me a small one. Ive ordered plenty matcha lattes and this has never been the regular amount. Horrible service

The worst location ever ? so dirty they make all food in one oven on one time . they don’t change the paper the whole day . their oven and tensile were so dirty?? , food id cold , i hate it there , their employees are so rude and having attitude every time I go there . This 1 Very mean worker banned me from that location let me explain 1 day I went to get a donut I ask how much is a classic donut he said $1 I said well it says $1 on the menu then he said that with a coffee I said oh ok here's my card he said I don't want your money go outside and don't come back! (May I suggest the Duncan on Avenue m and E15 st Much better workers and great service!)
