I love going here! I’ve been a frequent customer for years, both through drive-thru and up-front, and its a nice place!
Theres a good amount of seats to sit down if you aren’t leaving immediately, and its usually cold in the summer, and warm in the winter.
This is a great place for a quick drink or meal, I recommend getting the strawberry dragonfruit refresher, its a great drink.

For the past 5 nights, the hot chocolate is supposedly finished. Never in my life have I been through this type of experience when it comes to hot chocolate and I know for a fact it’s there, the guy working is just lazy and miserable and doesn’t want to do his job. I understand if that’s the case but if it truly is, leave. You shouldn’t be somewhere where you’re miserable and ruing the experience for customers who support the business.

How does a donut shop run out of donuts on a Wednesday at 5 pm?! The worst customer service EVER! The drive through (only reason to come here is if you don’t want to walk 10feet) is always backed up. Why are they even still in business?

Young gentleman was working here..I ordered cappuccino ahead of time. when I get there he asked me if I ordered and he started making my cappuccino. End of it, he gave me latter and he said same thing with cappuccino. This coffee is worth of 2 dollars..why charged 5 dollars

Extremely slow service with one person managing register and it doesn't help that some people are Karen's on line
Branch Specific: Why 1 Star? On a recent visit saw a fly perched on a donut, I was surprised but surprise turned into a shock when I saw three more flies behind counter hovering over muffins and donuts. There is no way workers did not see those flies.
I understand it is a poor and dirty neighborhood but please get some electric zapper and try to keep place clean.
Wait time at this location is always awful, it seems serving drive thru crowd is their first preference.
General Review: I've stopped going to Dunkin as frequently as I did in the past for two major reasons:
Their quality is not what it was before. In early 2000's everything in Dunkin tasted really good but after 2010 their quality has gone down significantly.
Second, their prices are outrageous and quality of their food doesn't justify those prices.
