Gonna keep this simple. It doesn't take 25 minutes (with 1 person ahead) to make a sandwich then once you start asking for a refund, that's when your food is all of a sudden ready. Never going back here again and l'm filing a claim for the poor

this place is run by absolute idiots. place an online order, show up 20 minutes later and they deleted the order off the screen, but never made any of it. but wait, they've done this 2 days in a row. i hope they both have tumors as explanation for why their brains arent functioning properly.

Picked up a Box O' Joe - was charged $25 and a change. When I dispensed the coffee, I could see how transparent the coffee poured down into the cup. Very disappointing coffee. It tasted like hot water with slight a tint of brown coffee color. Coffee taste and aroma was barely noticeable. It was water-down brewed coffee. Best description is it tasted like an Americano with 3 cups of hot water added to it.

I've had a realy bad experienc at this dunkin donuts, got there and asked about my online order they asked me to wait couple of minutes wihich i did , 20 min after asked for my order and the lady said it was already there but nobody called me to pick it up. Need more training.

3 words... Slow, Slow, Slow. PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST. I'm trying to rack my brain around how they can be that Slow. I've been a few times because my wife gets her nails done in the area so I buy a couple of drinks. Takes forever. I go inside because drive thru is way worse. They take 1 car at a time and still takes forever. So I go inside and still an issue. I'm observing their movements and there is no sense of urgency. Alot of wasted movementsAlot of talking but alot getting done. So today 12-29-23 i ordered 2 ice coffees 2 ham and Swiss stuffers. 2 glazed donuts. Waited 10 min +They forgot to bag the donuts. The ice coffee had no flavor. They were large and they only put 2 shots of flavor plus they were watered down. But get this and swear I have never seen this. Right hand to God. The 2 ham and Swiss stuffers,, ICE F-ing COLD. THEY DIDNT EVEN HEAT THOSE SUCKERS UP... literally frozen ham. Unedible should have took them back but my wife were in a rush so we got hosed. Threw them away unfortunately. I'm done with this trash Dunkin. Please avoid at all cost. I would love for a Manager to contact me because this utterly a dumpster of an operation.

We just came into the drive thru for a vanilla milkshake and the guy told me he doesn't have any. It's so annoying every time we go there to get a milkshake they always have a different excuse. Why sell Baskin Robins if you don't want to make milkshakes.

I was waiting on the drive thru line this morning when one of the workers at that location working on the sign for the building rudely told myself and several other patrons to get off the line because they wanted to put their lift machine in the area where the cars pick up their coffee. This extremely nasty and rude man used the “F” word at me very unprofessional! How dare he insult customers like this. I would expect that this man and his company should be reprimanded. Thank you.
