I somehow only ever get like half of what I order or something completely different. It’s very inconsistent and annoying. The amount of money I’ve lost on this place is ridiculous please teach your employees to read. If you tell them they got it wrong they pretend not to hear you. This happens to me daily and today was my last attempt at ordering here

Ordered on the app. Watched them make my drink fast and delicious. The employees are nice. It should be cleaner though. The garbage was full.

The women who work here are absolutely lovely, patient, and genuinely heaven sent. They gave me a ketchup packet with my sandwich without asking. I had a blessed day because of it.

This place just sucks. I just wanted a latte & entered at 6pm for it just for them to tell me that they were closing? And on the website it says they close at 8pm. WORST

Last time I was here, lady couldn’t figure out the system. I felt bad because she seemed new and was alone, but I still left with 0 coffee in my hands.

Just tried it again today and a different guy could not figure out the system. There’s a Starbucks next door, even though I like it less.

The store hours are posted until 8pm. I placed an order at 7:36pm because I was 5 mins away. When I arrive to the store, the location was closed with the gates down. I’m disappointed that the order was allowed to go through while the location is closed.

We had such a great visit to this Dunkin’ location! There was no line, there were still donuts later in the day and there were comfy lounge chairs and tables in the lobby. We will be back!

Should invest in making your employees learn how to respect people and not yell at my 3 year old daughter because she was crying due to the fact that she wanted some donuts and they didnt have any. If i can give a 0 star review i would but i cant. Even tho my daughter was crying it wasnt her business to come out of the register and yell at my baby saying there is no more donuts. She was a female in her 20 yelling at a child that just got upset because she was craving donuts and we walked 10 blocks just get there. Dont ever come to this location for nothing

I live nearby and come maybe once a week. Not much good to say about this location other than I’ve never had an issue with my food or coffee. Aside from that the workers can be rude or otherwise not attentive. English is obviously not their first language so i don’t give them a hard time about anything but some training for them would be beneficial. You will usually end up waiting longer than you’d like for your order. There is typically an odd vibe at this location.

I came to this establishment twice and both times my order was prepared wrong. First time, I ordered a bagel with butter and when I got to work I realized it was a bagel with cream cheese. I had to toss it out. Second time, I asked for a cappuccino with almond milk, and as Im observing the employee make it I notice she is using Oat milk instead of almond milk. Good thing I caught it especially when they charge $1 extra for almond milk. It’s frustrating to need to be on top of the employees in order to get what you ordered. They definitely need better training!
