Walked more than a mile to get here, only to be told there were no donuts. Maybe the name should be changed then, since donuts are literally in it. Big disappointment, and honestly the employees did not seem to care either.

I placed a mobile order through the Dunkin’ app for a coffee and a bacon, egg & cheese bagel. When I went to pick it up, I found that they gave me a croissant instead — and the croissant looked like something leftover that nobody wanted. The staff substituted my order without informing me at all.
When I went back to ask if they gave me the wrong item, the employee told me the bagel was sold out — yet they still went ahead and changed my order without asking.
Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

I ordered an iced tea via the app. Mind you, their tea is now over $4. The young woman working there handed it over the counter to me and I dropped it, spilling 90% of it onto the floor. I tried to help clean up but they came out and took care of it.
I asked if she would refill/replace it and she looked at me like I had three heads. She sort of shrugged like, “no, we won’t do that” but didn’t even speak any words to me.
I hadn’t even stepped away from the counter. The tea probably costs them 25 cents to make and I was honestly shocked that they wouldn’t replace it. Extremely frustrating for what it cost me.

I bought a coffee from Dunkin’ Donuts on Livingston ST and the barista forgot to add my sweetener. I was running too late to go back to that store so i stopped at this store to try and get the sweetener. A woman named Rahman working at 1:30 PM at the front today had the nastiest attitude and refused to even give me a sugar packet. It’s deplorable how she treated me, a consistent paying customer this afternoon and i will be calling corporate.

Today I watched a woman who looked like she just needed a break scramble for a dollar to buy a small cup of ice — not even water, just ice. Dunkin’ charged her $1.09 (tax included). When questioned, the excuse was, “One free cup of ice today can turn into one free coffee or doughnut tommorrow”. A multimillion-dollar company couldn’t spare a moment of grace. Compassion shouldn’t need a receipt. Kindness should never have a price tag. I gave her the dollar back. #dunkindoughnut

I went into this Location today 9/17/25@ 2:30 , at the register i waited while the girl restocked and there was a gentleman at the cash register whom never looked up or asked if i was ready to order . Then i just walked out , Disgusting Service !!!!!

All I wanted was 50 munchkins. Just one other party before me. All I heard was $42. & change, big Iced coffee order, I get it.
But all they had to do was ask, I would've been out of there way, no one else behind me. I was in a rush but I still waited 4 minutes.
But the cashier didn't know what to do, kept asking partner, very slow, I would definitely NOT recommend.
