This is one of, if not the very, best Dunkin I’ve ever been to!! The workers are super friendly and understanding. They’re super helpful (especially the manager) if anything is wrong with your order, or even if you don’t like the item that you ordered yourself. They are also extremely clean, I’ve never seen them touch anything else with their gloves while preparing food orders. The inside is also very clean and the sitting area is spacious and neat. I’ve seen a review say something about an employee scanning to get points for themselves on a customers order, but I see nothing wrong with that. If the customer doesn’t have the app to scan during that order, there isn’t anything wrong with taking that opportunity to scan for points, I don’t see anything wrong with that. Infact, I’d be happy to help an employee out that way. Just because I couldn’t get the points, doesn’t mean no one else shouldn’t. Learn to be kind with others, workers and yourself guys. I’ll definitely be coming here over and over again!!

I have never seen that much as perfect employees . I was bothering the manager again and again for explaining about drinks but his smile was all the time on his face and he explained me everything so clearly. I just wanna thank you guys and i highly recommend this place.
This place opened not long ago, and I like it because it’s still clean, neat, and everything is new. I have nothing bad to say—the donuts are fresh, and the coffee is made quickly. Highly recommend!
