Dunkin' is a very clean restaurant with a beautiful and clean atmosphere. The location is new and remodeled. However, experiences with the staff vary greatly. Some find the employees, including the baristas, to be so nice, kind, sweet, and accommodating. Others report that the staff is horrible, with some employees described as extremely lazy and rude. There can be long waits for orders, even basic coffee, as workers may be chit-chatting. The PM staff is noted as more efficient than the AM shift. Be prepared for frequent "out of stock" items. A downside is that there is no restroom available for customers.
