On more than one visit my bagel has been stale; I've had to wait for my order longer than folks coming in after me; and at least twice that I have caught them- was charged for hot chocolate instead of my hot tea which made the total cost higher. Also, the staff have poor customer service skills. No return greeting when you say good Morning. They hand your items to you in a rude manner. Get it together DD. Don't think I will patronize anymore.

The coffee and food here at this loacation have been fine. However, service is not always the best, from being slow, too ignoring you. But to be fair, I have been thanked and the one pick up order I did was successful. However, my 2 stars is for the atmoshere. There is 90% of the time a person holding the door and begging for money. There seems to be no effort to deter him/her. As a customer, it is extremely uncomfortable. I feel unsafe and feel the indirect pressure to give the person some change so they don't punch in the face or harass me. This DD really needs to do something about this. Becasue of this, I plan not to return.

2 times I ordered Hazelnut Coffee & it tasted like regular very watered down disgusting coffee,,,I asked for half n half & they used regular milk,,, taste ur coffee before u leave .,,,they’re very unprofessional always talking Hindu the girl at the register rudely said to me Bolo?(speak),,,so rude!!!!

The coffee was watered down, the guy said that they were about to close even though they still have over an hour to make a cappuccino. He said the cappuccino mashing was down. I am truly upset I paid over 6 dollars for just coffee that wasn’t even good.
