I have never gotten a preorder on time. It should be ready upon arrival. Why do I have to wait 5 minutes after I get there for you to brew the midnight blend?! Until I make a fuss you don't say anything. Be better!

Everytime I enter the store two male employees, the one with dreads and another guy who looks like a manager refuse to take my order. And when they are forced to they will purposely make it wrong, how do you forget to put cream cheese on a bagel??? I heard them make remarks about my looks SEVERAL times and I’ve never done anything to them. Need to be fired immediately

It's DUNKIN', so it's consistent. Most of the folks there know my drink when I come in. It's Brooklyn, so the atmosphere is like the neighborhood. If that bothers you, then get out of Bed-Stuy. Convenient to the J and the B26. Grab a coffee while you wait.
