There was a major rainstorm happening outside and the streets were flooded. I asked to use the bathroom because I couldn’t leave and the lady said no and walked away. Horrible customer service!

Indian guy who worked there looked at us like he wanted to run out the door before serving us. Then said oven not working it's making funny sound we just walked out because serving 2 Negros was not his intentions

Two ice coffees & a throw up chicken soggy pouch for 20+ dollars. Have to do better than this! The coffee is so watered down you have to get a shot of expresso that’s an additional 4 bucks charge. Support your neighborhood small business instead of this overpriced corporate trash!!! And on top of that you drink coffee and can’t even use the restroom as an overpaying customer. Just a terrible outfit!

Me as customer, I’m very upset, had food and drinks from that Dunkin and they said I can’t use the restrooms. Is that legal ? Do I as a customer have no rights? For sure worst Dunkin of NY district, and anything from physiological needs should ever be forbidden!! Too bad !!
