Me as customer, I’m very upset, had food and drinks from that Dunkin and they said I can’t use the restrooms. Is that legal ? Do I as a customer have no rights? For sure worst Dunkin of NY district, and anything from physiological needs should ever be forbidden!! Too bad !!

They don't allow you to use the bathroom. They keep it locked.
It was my place to go, spacious enough until they have the brilliant idea to lock the restroom NO PUBLIC. What does it mean? You drink, you eat and then where I am supposed to go outside? What about people with medical condition or taking medicine? YOU HAVE A RESTROOM! There are State laws for that inform yourself! hope that happens to one of them so they learn, pee in your pants!. Not clean either, spots all over the place and always looking for Help. Wonder why.

It all depends when you go some workers in here are just bad and it seems like when they get a good worker the person quits. I feel like they never have donuts unless its early am. Sometimes you walk in and there are 3 to 4 workers just talking by the little convection oven and they dont realize or care people are waiting.
