We drink matcha here a lot. Today, though, the matcha was unusually bad. They didn’t blend the powder with the milk at first. You can’t drink plain milk with large chunks of powder in it-it’s disgusting. When I asked them to blend the matcha, they ignored me at first, and when they finally did it, it was even worse. They blended it but only filled half the cup,the rest was just ice. It felt like I was drinking green milk 😐

It’s actually a nice place to sit down and enjoy some breakfast. There is an older gentleman who is always trying to help you out. Appreciate that. Food is good. I’ve lived here for so long I even remember their old setup where the pick up area was at the end of the store. They changed it but it’s okay. The only issue is that you may run into those annoying teen groups, so try to avoid this place (and area in general) after around 2 o’clock on weekdays.

I went inside spent more than 30$ the lady was so rude all angry with herself and spoke to us like we own her something. We sit to eat after few minutes my 3 years old asked to use the restroom. She screamed at her no public restroom. I was behind her and told her we are customers not coming from outside and how you can scream to a little girl.

Besides the atmosphere, some of the staff can be very rude at times, especially if they don't like you for whatever reason, they will mess up your food on purpose, ignore your questions when you ask on top of that can be unsanitary with your food touch register with gloves on and other things then your food.
