This place is horrible! Worst experience ever I have ever been experienced. I was ordering hot coffee late. The worker answered coffee and coffee late is too different drinks. I have just ask for caramel coffee late. In the end the late was barely warm. I don't suggest this place if you want to start you day with bad mood and cold late.

First let me start off by saying I live across the street and am a regular the staff in the morning is amazing but every time I come into this store after midnight while (last/first) name Armstrong there’s always a problem. Always slacking around, multiple orders not being done then, that the screen for orders is red for how long he waits to start online orders.. then has the nerve to start off a conversation with “what do you want”. His demeanor and idc attitude is really disgusting I hope something gets done about him because this constant behavior is unacceptable!

So I went to the to the Dunkin’ Donuts because I was very hungry and I met a employee named Omar not only did he help me out with everything that I needed he helped my family out as well. He is by far one of the best Dunkin’ Donuts employees I’ve ever interacted with in my entire life. This man definitely needs a raise.
