This location of Dunkin is the newly renovated location of Dunkin Donuts. The old location was Okay but Dated causing People to gather in a thought space to pick up Counter & Online Orders. There are no Tables to Dine in because of Homeless People issues around the Area from Hospital.
The lighting is Well spaced to keep Dunkin completely lit anytime of the Day.
During rush hours, This location needs to have more People to Serve Counter Walk in Orders & Online Order.

I came here for breakfast at around 8h30. There were only 4 tables, all occupied.
Now since I've done dunkin' donuts over here in Kings highway and West 3rd they did a nice job but I think they should have left the bathroom there cuz you sometimes have customers that need to use the restroom continue to do what they would do them before if somebody needs to use it they have to ring the buzzer to let you in or the key but a lot of I know it's a lot of the dunkin' donuts that don't have restrooms and you know what you do have people out there sometimes it need to use a restroom so if they're smart Duncan don't donuts and I hope they read this put a buzzard in the door if people need to use it the only way they can get in there is you buzz them in that's it The one on Bay parkway nobody's allowed to use no my only can imagine what it looks like on the inside special you don't want a 20th so please guys fix up these stores they look horrible That's my honest truth

I LOVE this Dunkin!!!!!!!! I go here every Friday in the afternoon and the staff is awesome!! The people there are super sweet and they’re always super welcoming! The 2 guys working together are really nice! One is named Ali and the other one doesn’t wear a name tag , but he is EQUALLY as nice!! They do their job really professionally and I wish these two guys stay there forever!! I’d love to come back in 2 years and still see these two guys at their peak!!!

Obnoxious staff! Every single employee has a frown 24/7. They NEVER respond to hi, how are you or good morning, they just stare at you angrily and blurt “what do you want”.
The parking lot is convenient, but it doesn’t make up for the disgusting attitudes of the workers at this establishment. Stop getting mad at your customers for existing
The workers here don’t know how to make iced coffee properly, they always drown it out with milk. You know the coffee will taste nasty when it’s white like paper. They can’t be bothered to make a decent cup of coffee, they take two seconds to prepare it and get agitated when you ask for another one.
Edit: they also got my order wrong for the second time this week.
