I was just there and left very disappointed with the staff’s service. First of all, they made me wait for a long time while my children were waiting for me outside. Because of this, I was late to school. The employee’s behavior made me very nervous, as she kept repeating “oh my God” almost before every sentence. Moreover, that was not all — she put all my purchases into a bag instead of a box, which caused everything to get mixed up and turn into a mess. After such treatment, I do not plan to come here again.👎🏻❌

There's this one women that works on Saturday is so rude to the customers. I'm on a call and she asks me who I'm talking to, like mind your business. I asked her a question, instead of saying yes or no to my question, she keeps saying other rude stuff. When I'm talking on a call she keeps interrupting, even though I told her that I'm not ready to order yet and that I'm on a call. I was happy to get donuts until she ruined my mood. So disrespectful and the way she talks to customers is discussing. Went out of there without getting anything because of the way she treated her customers

One of the worst Dunkin locations I've ever been to. No real meat at all. That's right, ONLY vegetarian meat is sold here! Poor selection of donuts, with only a tiny donut shelf. When you ask for non-dairy milk in a latte, they look at you like you have three heads and then mess up the order, making you sick. The only upside is they have on-site parking.

The worst place I have ever stepped into. The store was dirty, the customer service was rude, and they messed up my order twice. When I asked for a refund, the lady at the front refused. This completely ruined my experience with Dunkin’ Donuts

I tried their $6 meal deal- a vegetarian bagel sandwich, hash browns, and a decaf coffee with almond milk. Honestly, the bagel wasn’t tasty at all, and the hash browns were disappointing too. The coffee was just okay. The place itself is cozy, though there aren’t many tables, so seating can be limited. Overall, I’d recommend it mainly for the donuts and lattes, those are usually great, even if this visit wasn’t the best one.

Today I purchased a large ice coffee from this exact location, I had finished my drink then spotted something in between the ice, I proceeded to pour the ice out and see what it was AND THERE WAS A BUG IN BETWEEN THE ICE IN MY DRINK AFTER I HAD FINISHED THE WHOLE THING, this is causing me DISTRESS and I will never come back to this location

This location of Dunkin is the newly renovated location of Dunkin Donuts. The old location was Okay but Dated causing People to gather in a thought space to pick up Counter & Online Orders. There are no Tables to Dine in because of Homeless People issues around the Area from Hospital.
The lighting is Well spaced to keep Dunkin completely lit anytime of the Day.
During rush hours, This location needs to have more People to Serve Counter Walk in Orders & Online Order.
