It's been long long never ending lines and always only one cashier working too slow . Usually I come there from work and half of my break always ended in the line waiting for my turn. Really bad with the lines.

I love the tea and bagel, but I order on my phone and they never called my name. I waited and asked if my food was ready and they told me to wait while it had been sitting there behind the counter all while they're giving everyone else their food. 8 asked 2 twice and finally got it. My bagel was cold and me tea wasn't hot anymore. The last time before this time the service was better.

The straws are across from where drinks are placed, when I went to get a straw my jacket accidentally dropped my drink and I was apologizing and saying sorry. They were rude and kept giving attitude but I ignored it because I understood it was my fault. However when I asked if it was possible to get my drink remade, they were rude and refused saying it’s my fault and I used points so it’s against store policy, I work at dunkin and it is not… I understand if the answer is no but the rudeness and attitude is uncalled for when I was trying to be polite and kind about the situation, just my two cents on their service.

The customer service here sucks. None of the employees greet you as you come in. When ordering in store the cashier that’s there looks as if you’re a bother to her. When ordering to pick up they will see you standing there and will refuse to acknowledge your existence. You will have to beg them to even give you your order.

Just make sure to clean the table with hot water when you come and clean up after your self, I was thinking I'm the only one asking for wet napkins to clean the table however other people after me did the same thing.

Horrible service. I work at the mall and ordered from them 2 times and all the times even with low volume of customers they have consistently given my orders out to someone else and i was left waiting while ON THE JOB. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY THE LADY ON THE COUNTER. I WILL BE REACHING THEIR HR AND HIGHER UPS ABOUT THIS BEHAVIOUR.

Yea so the person who takes orders here, elder person doesn’t really knows how to behave with the customers. It’s not the first time. I came here before as well and he took the wrong order. I told him I want ice coffee with cream, and he added no cream, plus he added a flavor I didn’t asked for. I ignored it and did not complain. I came here again today- and as I sit outside the Dunkin’s donuts I write this- he is very rude, I asked him for one hot cappuccino and one cold/ice signature latte. When they gave me both of the hot coffee I told them respectfully that I asked for one hot cappuccino and one ice latte. And he was like “you did not said that”. Me and my sister we were both sure I said the write order. I again respectfully said “I said that” and he literally shouted “ you did not, give one more dollar, learn to speak English” next time you give order properly”. Firstly he didn’t had to be soo rude. Secondly he said things which he shouldn’t say- his job was only to ask for more money and give me what I asked for. *it was and elderly man, person of color. I don’t know his name that’s why I’m describing him only the way I know*

I requested a refund because of a lack of service at this particular location. I am EXTREMELY displeased with the lack of respect and attention at this location. Slow and chatty maidens at this location. If you want to order your food 5 -10 minutes ahead and still wait 20 additional minutes in order for your food to come with nobody to tell you a reason for why it’s taking so long I suggest ordering at this location. It’s the worst.
