The customer service here sucks. None of the employees greet you as you come in. When ordering in store the cashier thatâs there looks as if youâre a bother to her. When ordering to pick up they will see you standing there and will refuse to acknowledge your existence. You will have to beg them to even give you your order.

Just make sure to clean the table with hot water when you come and clean up after your self, I was thinking I'm the only one asking for wet napkins to clean the table however other people after me did the same thing.

Horrible service. I work at the mall and ordered from them 2 times and all the times even with low volume of customers they have consistently given my orders out to someone else and i was left waiting while ON THE JOB. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY THE LADY ON THE COUNTER. I WILL BE REACHING THEIR HR AND HIGHER UPS ABOUT THIS BEHAVIOUR.

Yea so the person who takes orders here, elder person doesnât really knows how to behave with the customers. Itâs not the first time. I came here before as well and he took the wrong order. I told him I want ice coffee with cream, and he added no cream, plus he added a flavor I didnât asked for. I ignored it and did not complain. I came here again today- and as I sit outside the Dunkinâs donuts I write this- he is very rude, I asked him for one hot cappuccino and one cold/ice signature latte. When they gave me both of the hot coffee I told them respectfully that I asked for one hot cappuccino and one ice latte. And he was like âyou did not said thatâ. Me and my sister we were both sure I said the write order. I again respectfully said âI said thatâ and he literally shouted â you did not, give one more dollar, learn to speak Englishâ next time you give order properlyâ. Firstly he didnât had to be soo rude. Secondly he said things which he shouldnât say- his job was only to ask for more money and give me what I asked for. *it was and elderly man, person of color. I donât know his name thatâs why Iâm describing him only the way I know*
I requested a refund because of a lack of service at this particular location. I am EXTREMELY displeased with the lack of respect and attention at this location. Slow and chatty maidens at this location. If you want to order your food 5 -10 minutes ahead and still wait 20 additional minutes in order for your food to come with nobody to tell you a reason for why itâs taking so long I suggest ordering at this location. Itâs the worst.

The employees did their job right, thankful for the charging outlets & seating areas.
Seems like the staff has one sided beef with me. Not sure as to why since I always greet and use my manners when I walk in and out of there but thatâs out of my control. The staff is very unprofessional (minus one not sure of his name but heâs in his teens/young adult?). I come here from time to time and every time I walk in the staff completely ignores me until Iâm the last person waiting for their order pickup and then theyâll ask me and hand me my food after itâs been sitting on the counter for 10+ minutes at maximum. The drinks arenât made right and half the time taste like water and the seating area is a story for another day. Unless youâre getting the food for free I wouldnât bother coming here and wasting money.
They donât allow you to take bottled water and orange juice out of the fridge, you they have to do it for you. I ordered an orange juice and it took them fifteen minutes to get it for me. It doesnât require any preparing, all they had to do was open up the fridge and get an orange juice.
