This dunkin donuts is really awful. They always overcook my sandwiches or hash browns, they mess up my drinks multiple times where I have to go back to tell them to add what's missing and they really are terrible at blending drinks together. Would not recommend coming here to get breakfast you're better off somewhere else but there. They also had a roach infestation going all over the coffee machine that I see nobody had talked about before but people knew they did. Also they need to change their info on app because they do not provide wifi and dine in. I've been around 3 years everyday and I still refused to order from them.

They didn't prepare enough doughnuts I ordered, and they told me to choose from the ones in the store. All three doughnuts I ordered were missing and I didn't want anything else. I explained to them that I paid by app order and took care of canceling the order, but she told me to do it myself and was very unkind. I had canceled my online order before, so Jungjung asked her to cancel it, but she didn't listen to me and only asked me to do it myself. The whipping of the pumpkin coffee I ordered was as ugly as I had eaten, and it was aI can't believe you told me to eat this as a pregnant woman. If there was a god, they wouldn't forgive them for playing around with what they eat. three-minute walk to my house and store.

I ordered a pumpkin chai latte with cold foam, it was a medium. When I tasted it, it was nothing like it was suppose to be, I've had the drink 3 times from different locations and this one was completely lackluster. The cold foam was just whipped cream and was lazily dumped onto my drink, also, the drink as a whole was made incorrectly. When I brought it back and told the lady, she argued with me. The drinks are lackluster but the donuts are standard. The establishment was hot and had poor ventilation.
I ordered a drink that I have been getting for the past few weeks with no problems, but the past two times, the drink has tasted weird and not like how it usually tastes. Today I got the same drink and it tasted bad once again. When I went back to tell them that they got it wrong, she didn’t wanna listen and was adamant that she made it wrong.

I don’t really mind the environment despite what all the other reviews say. There are people waiting inside the store to ask you for money but they’re pretty chill and would leave you alone if you say no. My problem is they don’t do their orders correctly. I ordered 25 munchkins and it would have been fine if they missed one or two but they left out six. 25 is not even that much to count and they were not busy when I went in.
