This location has always given a small, hole-in-the-wall, what-am-I-doing-with-my-life kinda vibe. It's even worse now that it's in between two major construction progress. OK... enough complaining. The staff here is doing the lord's work. They start working on orders as they're being keyed in and they're always accurate. Get your order to go and wait in the subway, unless you're waiting for the B11 or B103 in the winter.

The staff was attentive and friendly. But as for Dunkin Donuts as an establishment has gone downhill big time. Quality of food way down and prices for food and coffee waaay up. The coffee is still avg to above avg in quality. But i also purchased these lil pancakes. 6 of them for just under 3$. And they are smaller then a coaster. Like maybe 2 and a half inches wide. Not worth it and not even tasty. Altogether they may equal an avg size pancake. I only went after a cpl years because...
