Please train your employees on customer service, I ordered online and when I came to pick it up they had an item missing, I asked for it to be toasted and she said “well you said not toasted” I was flabbergasted by her answer. I’m sorry if it takes so much of time to get a bread toasted. Horrible horrible customer service honestly if you want coffee your better of at the Chinese bakery nearby. Don’t waste your time here

I went in to order a shamrock or salted caramel flavor macchiato and latte, they told me they don’t have any flavor drinks only the regulars, how can you advertise all these in front of the windows and ad boards if you don’t even provide these offers. Only come if you need regular coffee or in a rush

i drank their pumpkin spice latte and i got diarrhea, also i ordered 3 packs of bacon, only got one though. extremely disappointing, dont recommend.

Customer service at this store is so bad. Rather go to deli then to this place. The woman how work there is out of mind.
They made my drink wrong, I went back and let them know. Instead of making me a new drink, they scooped the whipped cream off my drink and added the missing flavor and mixed it with a spoon. And added whipped cream cream cover up the whole and laughed the whole time. Never going back again, horrible service.

Honestly this is the second time I go at 10 am and they can’t make breakfast because they r cleaning!? WhT Dunkin’ Donuts can’t make u a bagel with cream cheese or hash browns at 10 in the morning?? Ridiculous if u ask me and the employees are also rude.
