I was asking the guy there to let me use the bathroom I need to wash my hand before I had a meal. He said no bathroom not for Customer what I know Dunkin they don’t give license. If the owner he don’t have restroom. This is the policy to help people, especially in this area keep everything clean, but they deserve less than one star and the guy worked there he not deserve to work at Duncan if there is less than one star, I will give him -100 star. I will leave that for Duncan department. Very bad service

They made a brand new Dunkin and kept the same horrible employees. They do not want to work there, please let them go. Everytime I think they’re gonna just not mess up they always do. WORSE DUNKIN EVER.

This morning around 11:00 a.m. I went into this particular dunkin' donuts I ordered the $6 meal deal which was bacon no egg and cheese on a bagel and a hot coffee, swelling cream plus a iced coffee, swelling cream plus the tropical guava refresher. The cost of my meal and drinks was somewhere around 15 $16 not not too terrible. So I step away from the counter and I go to the other side where I can see the servants preparing the food and I hear a young lady that's standing in front of the counter say oh oh ma'am I'm sorry this isn't mine I took a sip of this I'm so sorry and she handed it back to her. I in turn jump up because I'm waiting for my order so I'm like maybe that was mine The young lady that was behind the counter with my own two eyes I saw her pour out some of the iced caramel coffee and put in fresh coffee stir it up and put the lid back on and put it back on the counter. That was my coffee that she was going to serve me but I'm sure you all are quite aware that did not happen. I asked the lady I said well you just going to serve that to me I don't think so do you know what that would do that's passing germs I have no idea what is in her body that may have an adverse reaction to mine let alone I don't want to taste somebody else's backwash in my caramel swirl iced coffee. Needless to say I don't think I'll be going to that one anymore but you will just be mindful this is what they do at the one on mermaid.

On occasions I usual buy the sourdough breakfast sandwich. I waited patiently on line, put my order in and tried desperately to be patient while the cook made my sandwich. I started losing patience when I realized that everyone that came in after me was being served first. Even the ones who ordered sandwiches were being served before me. After about 10 people receiving their orders and leaving, I was the only person left standing and still waiting to be served. At that moment, I started feeling a way. So I said something to the cook. Which was, " what ever happened to first come, first serve. Instead of the lady apologizing, and we can just put things behind us, the lady immediately got and attitude and practically through me my sandwich. Well, I threw it back and demanded my money (not so much in a pleasant manner). After that, I got the hell up out of there. There was just no way I would have enjoyed that sandwich after dealing with such disregard and lack of respect towards a paying customer. I don't know if I'll ever go back there again. Especially if I see the same cook there, I'm definitely not going back there. I gave two stars because the first lady tried to do her job regardless of the crowd
Of people, and lack of staff. The cook, however, is the problem. People understands the importance of first come, first serve. Obviously, she do not.

I usualy get my coffee early. This place is slow amd making me wait while they do other orders. I went one morning and ordered late, worker that worked haven't payed any attention.
