every time i come here something is wrong. Either the grilled cheese is burnt, milk is expired or bacon is completely mushy and unedible whenever i go to ask for a replacement they are always hesitant and rude. don’t recommend

I made a mobile order and go to pick it up. Then was told the item is out of stock. I asked for an alternative item and the clerk Fatima refused to accommodate me for the inconvenience. She was rude. I guess she wanted to take the donuts to her family after closing. She has bad customer service skills. 0 out of 5 stars. Did not receive anything after paying for an item. The place is not kept clean either. If you can, stay away from here.

The workers are disrespectful. I ordered a mobile order and they never informed me that literally all their donuts munchkins and all the bakery was empty so I never ended up getting that and I never ended up getting my points back and I asked nicely with an excuse me where is my mobile order and they reply with “what” so disrespectful. On top of that, people are waiting two hours for a drink that they have place about 40 minutes ago and it’s not even crowded in here. It is very disgusting as well with trash all over the floor. And like I said, I would love to give this a zero star review, but I unfortunately can’t and I do not recommend you come here. People also aren’t getting the corrected drinks and what they are ordering, and the drinks are always made wrong.

The lady works there is so rude. It was my worst experience ever. Every time I go there I always regret it. Yesterday I bought two iced matcha latte and I get both of them wrong she started my matcha with hot water which made it bitter. I went to her to replace it she just added more sugar which made it worse. I asked her to refund or replace it she was acting dumb like she didn't understand. And when I told her you added water that what makes it taste bitter she said she didn't. This location is going to lose customers and is going to shut down soon if they didn't replace the workers.

I did visit this store several times but I never got a good service from the employee. I do use Dunkin app.whenever I I choose this store for order, I never get complete order. If I order 2/3 items I have to remind them for every item. One employee pushing another employee for my order. Which is very disappointing. I would like to request Dunkin Donut management attention about this store please. Thanks

The SLOWEST service ever. Don't bother going in for a coffee even if you have pre-ordered it. The morning rush hour is ridiculous. There's never more than two people working. I left 12 minutes earlier to stop and get one cup of coffee this morning, as the DD is right above the subway station. There were only two people in front of me - I had to leave the line to go make my train. This is the third time this has happened this month. And the employees - the kind ones never last. Or maybe they've given up working at this circus. Lastly, it is filthy as well. I will never go back to this location, and I'm a lifelong Dunkin fan. If there is a headquarters that manages Dunkins, you should check this one out. They are bringing your brand down.

THE WORST DUNKIN IN THE USA. Not only is the staff nasty, her coffee is super super nasty. She’s sooo cheap. Put 2 cream in a medium hot coffee instead of 3! She didn’t even give me a straw for the ice tea. I asked to use the restroom and she said “out of service.” It’s a shame that this place exists. It should be out of business. Does NOT meet Dunkin standards at all.
