I walked in as there was no one at the register. I waited a few minutes to see if someone would I'll be right with you but no one said anything. They just kept doing what they were doing. Eventually a young man came over and asked what I needed.I ordered a ice coffee which was made before I could get to the other end of the counter so kudos to the young lady who did that but. There customer service skills need a refresher as when someone comes in they need to recognize them...

Line too long,2 people work this Dunkin Donald's, service was normally, inside floor near the ice cream department, the floor was very sticky, it seems that it had not been washed in one year.

It was fine. For thos Dunkin donuts, I believe that the people working there are mexican so you might not hear what they say at first becuase of their heavy accent. All you really have to do is listen closley honestly. Clean lobby, and of course some tables here and there. For that I give 4 stars.
